«Amazing villa in an idyllic rural urbanisation with a small playground (swings and slide) about 300m away. It's a very comfortable villa with good sized rooms and lovely open plan family kitchen/dining/living area. Wonderful outdoor space and large pool compliments the villa. «Superb Villa, excellent pool and outside area. Much larger than the images suggest. Very well equipped. Smart TV with pretty much all the streaming platforms. Quiet residential area but great views. Only 2 other villas on the road didn’t feel overlooked. 15 mins walk from Cala Fuma, few bars and restaurants. 5 mins walk from tram station. Every 30 mins to Benidorm or Alicante. The patio and swimming pool area is large, boasts stunning views and gets the sun all day long. Perfect pool, lots of places to hang out as a group or on your own.
