Besonders hervorzuheben ist Elke, die uns per Whatsapp zuvor schon viele Tipps und Infos geschickt, uns durch zusätzliche Reinigungskräfte einen deutlich früheren Check-in ermöglicht hat (unser Flieger ist bereits morgens gelandet) und auch vor Ort immer noch gute Tipps für uns hatte! «Pros: The villa was very spacious and brilliant for what we needed. It had many bedrooms and bathrooms to cater for all of us and was very clean. We enjoyed the BBQ area, we're we dinned most nights with local food from the supermarket. The tram is only a 5 minute walk away to head into Alicante which was perfect for us. We could not knock this villa for anything, the owners Maria and David were perfect. We thank them again for a brilliant weekend.»

«Pros: Ik en een groep vrienden hebben hier een week lang mogen verblijven en hebben de tijd van onze leven gehad in Alicante, wij hebben alles kunnen doen wat wij wouden vanuit het huis. Locatie is perfect, dichtbij een supermarkt en taxi punt. We werden elke avond opgehaald en afgezet door taxi dus naar Alicante komen was geen probleem.»

«The house is very spacious and luxury, it has spectacular views on the shores of Gran Alacant, Alicante and of course the mediterranian sea. The host is very friendly and makes sure you will not have a complaint about anything. It's located on an urbanisation, not too large, quiet and with pool and tenniscorts. «Pros: The pool Cons: Indoor fridge needed replacing kept having to go outside to use that fridge in the outdoor kitchen nothing major just a pain when kids wanted a drink through night. A bottle of disinfectant spray would be nice to have in cupboard. My little boy ended up not been unwell through night and we couldn’t disinfect areas used until nearby shops opened. Wouldn’t stop us staying again the owner was great, the property lovely and the kids loved the pool. It perfect distance from main ...

«The villa was in a good location ,it had excellent facilities including a lovely pool,air con and wifi.It was clean and tidy with ample space inside and out.We found it difficult to contact the host to make arrangements,he did not meet us on arrival ,the pool man let us in.Therefore we could not hand in our deposit or rent beach towels and there were no instructions on things like wifi.The same checking out,no one ther and no instructions so left keys in plant pot where we found them!!!»

«Beautiful views and outside area.Inside was clean but a little dated. Some new linen for the bed and some new pillows would be an improvement. "Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på Sercotel Maya Alicante i en uke, og er veldig fornøyde med hotellet. Rommene var rene og komfortable, personalet var vennlige og hjelpsomme, og beliggenheten gjorde det enkelt å utforske Alicante. Frokosten var god med et variert utvalg, og fellesområdene var velholdte og innbydende. Det eneste lille minuset var at det var noe lytt mellom rommene, så man kunne av og til høre naboene. Dette påvirket likevel ikke opplevelsen vår i særlig grad. Alt i alt hadde vi et svært hyggelig opphold og kan gjerne anbefale hotellet til andre som skal besøke Alicante."
