«Rom over en pub er ofte litt spesielt. Mye sjarm, men ofte litt rufsete. Rommet var greit, men litt slitent. Sengen var stor, men etter min smak i overkant myk.Lite trykk i dusjen, og badet trenger kanskje snart en oppussing. Jeg ble mottat hyggelg, men om morgenen er det ingen tilstede som kan engelsk. Strålende beliggenhet med gratis parkeringsmulighet i bakgården. Om jeg over virker litt misfornøyd, så hadde jeg det tross alt kjempebra og trivdes utmerket. «The Staff are wonderful, very friendly and welcoming 😊 ..........The property is full of character and old world charm with quirky uneven floors and walls, clean and comfortable rooms. The food was fabulous. Would definitely comeback to stay or if passing by call in for a bite to eat. The only thing that I would ask for is a room off the main road if possible as it gets quite noisy early in the morning. »

«Chapter Two is right in the heart of Malton, close to shops & restaurants. The rooms are spacious, with quirky decor & immaculately clean. Chapter Two is a lively bar for a G&T or cocktail, the staff are very friendly. We cycled to Malton and were abke to store our bikes in the secure lobby throughout our stay. Can't recommend this place highly enough!»

«While the room was a bit small, the location was great. You can walk to almost any of the many old-town attractions. There is a decent restaurant/bar below the hotel. The staff was all very friendly. And, as a bonus, there is free secure parking on the lot just behind the hotel (you enter through a gate that goes under the 2nd floor). It's a bit loud until 11:00 (on the weekend) and then very quiet afterward. Despite the crowded room, we loved it and would go back. »
