«Caravan was lovely and clean and if it hadn’t been for the inclement weather we would have spent time out on the deck. But we did use the bbq! Plenty of utensils and crockery. The beds were a little uncomfortable but probably nothing that mattress toppers wouldn’t fix. Very good hosts who answered queries very quickly. »

«My husband and I stayed here for a few days while visiting the Yorkshire Dales. The location is good for hiking right outside the door or an easy drive to other public footpaths and quaint English towns. There is a co-op grocery store just a few miles away where we were able to get supplies for our stay. The owners were kind enough to have cereal, milk, bread, and jam for our arrival. «The property was beautiful inside, really fresh and modern while providing all the essentials needed for a weekend away. I would 100% recommend this property if you are staying around the lakes. Showers were surprisingly powerful with good heat and beds were all comfortable. Gary was communicating with me clearly and was on hand for any questions. Will look to stay here again in the future.»

The lodge is awesome and communication with Margaret the host is incredible, she responded to every email I sent asking questions about the area and generously offered us an extra night as we had to cancel our other stay due to ill health. The lodge has everything and is beautifully decorated with furnishings and even has netflix and wi-fi.
