Breakfast was lovely and fresh, only found out on our second day of stay that I could have requested a tea pot. I also suggested instead of bowls with marmalade/jam, could small pots be provided to put the jam into. «We stayed in one of the cottages which although a bit dated offer a lot of space and character. The room itself was spotless and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Loftsome bridge although off a main road for convenience is lovely and quite due to it being a good distant back from it, so you get the best of both worlds a good nights sleep and connectivity to all the local attractions with York not being too far away.
