«This is a well-maintained cottage of recent construction. It has two large bedrooms, each with a full bath, and a large kitchen/dining room/living room between the bedrooms. It also has a spacious screened porch that is surrounded by forest. Indeed, the whole cottage is surrounded by forest in a neighborhood that is like the Wind in the Willows.
