«This easily could have been a 5 star stay but the cold weather had a big impact. The pipes froze overnight on the 2nd of 3 nights so I didn't have water the last day and a half of my stay. The main tv was broken and had to use a smaller one on the side table. Also the fireplace heater was broken and the small portable heaters could not keep up with the cold, when I woke up the last morning it was probably 45 inside. Again, nothing that could be controlled by the host. I will definitely be coming ...

Nowhere in the listing does it state what sort of bed there is other than stating that the "bedroom" has a double bed. The "bed" is the sofa, extended. No extra mattress.
