«Love this house!After a long day of touring, this place was a welcome respite and very comfortable for our family of 6. The neighborhood was quiet with a park, a playground and a basketball court across the street. The landscaping was beautiful and we had a daily early morning visit by the neighborhood fox!!Annie was personable, responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. If we make a return trip to DC, I would not think of staying at another VRBO. »

«Our family found this home to be a perfect home base for our stay in Alexandria. We were in town to attend a memorial service for my father at Arlington National Cemetery, and this was the perfect location: a quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and only a few minutes to Arlington. «The house is very clean and nice. The living spaces are well maintained and comfortable and so are the bedrooms. I would recommend this property.The only downsides were that we had trouble getting in contact with the host and we were also not sent the check-in or check-out instructions and had to specifically ask for them upon arrival »

«Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental.»

He also came to the house during our stay to make sure everything was ok and provided us with more flatware since we had 16 people for Thanksgiving dinner. «Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t know the basement also being rented out until we dug into the fine print. We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward.
