«Accommodation good and comfortable but description of fishing nearby not accurate since nearest waterway was so weeded up that fishing was impossible. Owner was welcoming and there were helpful information leaflets. Plum bread delicious! Setting peaceful and sights to see.»

«Lovely 3 bed ground floor flat. 2 doubles and a single. Pet friendly although in the end we left our dog at home. Private garden space down some steps at the side of the house. Parking for 1 car on the drive at front of house. Located just behind the park with a very short walk to the seafront and shops. Perfect for those who want to park up and relax. Very quiet road. Buses are a convenient way to get around and run from Skegness to mablethorpe quite frequently.»

«What a fabulous place - set in stunning countryside but only approx 4 miles from Skegness. The gardens were beautiful, the swimming pool was perfect for swimming and exercise as well as relaxation. The apartment was spacious, warm and had all we needed. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, the smallest of things like the welcome plaque just made it seem more personal & inviting. For a quite and peaceful relaxing holiday we couldn’t of asked for more. That being said a taxi into Skegness was ...

«Stayed in the lovely Ashtree Cottage for 2 nights for our niece's wedding in Skegness. Booking was so simple, Helen kept in close contact with us prior to arrival & met us at the cottage to show us around. The pool was just amazing and the cottage grounds were beautiful and so peaceful. Feels like you're really away from everything but in fact, only a couple of miles from restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. We used a local taxi firm (Coastline Cabs) who were great, reliable & reasonably priced. ...

«Pleasant stay at this cottage. Well equipped, enclosed garden, and very warm (underfloor heating throughout). Slightly dated interior could stand a refresh and minor maintenance needed like the bathroom fan and an external light not working, but this is minor nit-picking when compared to the good value this place represents! Would happily stay again and recommended for future guests.»
