A really cute set of ground-floor, en-suite rooms in the rear garden of the Tea Rooms. Small, but well designed with very comy mattress, good-sized TV and a nice litlle breafast-bar for doing the tea and coffe stuff on. Only TINY quibble is that the sink in the shower/toilet is a bit too small, but the quality of the fittings are very good..Great location on the mail street and inrestricted parking just around the corner.

A bit more space would have been appreciated. Shower not ideal as no shower base leaves whole bathroom floor wet. Certainly a quiet location.

The only thing I would say is that the Expedia page says they have parking but they don't although there is a lot of free parking around it's not guaranteed. Otherwise a really nice place and nice to get money off for breakfast too.

I was very impressed by every aspect of my stay here; check in was swift and the room was immaculate. The room was very quiet in the evening as it’s tucked away from the high street and the shower was fantastic. I’d stay again without hesitation.

Simple but lovely room. Very easy check-in. Parking available on the street outside, so too are lots of shops/ eateries and a coop.

Little Gem
Stayed for 2 nights, very clean, excellent staff and superb breakfast. Only slight criticism would be uncomfortable pillows but represents excellent value for money compared to other establishments in area. Would definitely return.

Stayed here for 1 night, very comfortable and clean. Best full English breakfast in a long, long time with good produce. So impressed we booked again for another night next week.

Perfect to explore
Perfect little room if you are looking to explore locally and not spend much time in the room. Small double bed and room is compact. Very clean, good shower and ideal for my stay. Breakfast was all local produce and the best English breakfast I can remember having. There is no official parking so best to use the nearby free car park. Ideal for a short stay

Little gem in the heart of Burford
Lovely , no fuss , warm comfortable room . Good wifi , lovely shower , great bed . Easy separate access to room from town. What’s not to like ? And as a bonus , attached to a tearooms doing lovely coffee and cakes !

Great location, very clean and staff were very good too. A little more storage space would be welcome. Space is generally at a premium but the property is perfect for a weekend.

Wonderful little B&B
This place is adorable! It is a great place to stay in Burford and has easy access to the rest of the town. The breakfast was also really good - made to order. My only complaint was the pillows were really quite bad - very flat. If you are able to bring your own, I would recommend it. Overall, really great place and would stay again.

Quaint but slightly disappointing
The Priory is a quaint B&B in the pictureque village of Burford, right on the High Street, so a great location. The breakfast was beautifully cooked. Unfortunately the room didn't quite reach my expectations for the price. It was just a little too small so there was no desk or dressing table that my girlfriend could sit at to do her make up and to put those little bits and pieces on (e.g. phones, chargers, etc.). We had to keep stepping over our suitcases. I'd have preferred that the wardrobe that was right next to the bed (so no bedside shelf) had been replaced by a small desk - I'd live without a wardrobe in preference to no desk. The room had a tiled floor (not carpeted) which was cold on the feet and I didn't find the bed very comfortable. A couple of times it made a slightly alarming Zebedee like "boing" when I moved. The WiFi just didn't quite reach into room 6. If I stepped outside the door onto the patio area it was OK and unfortunately the hotel happens to be in an O2 "no service" area. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and helpful.

A fantastic stay at The Priory
I enjoyed a fantastic stay at The Priory B&B. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet thanks to its location at the back of the property. The B&B is also perfectly situated on Burford High Street, and were were able to park in the nearby free car park during the day. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and the breakfasts were delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Priory, and look forward to returning again soon.

The team were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Beware the breakfast their cakes are not good for the waistline. The cafe garden becomes yours (and the families) when the cafe closes.
