Sure, we might book again in the future.
Nice two day stay to explore the surroundings of Bundaberg. A bit on the outside of town, but a nice place to spend a couple of nights.

Room was outdated and the Pool and spa was murky and look unclean. Key must be collected from reception to use the pool unable to open the gate from outside. Disappointed on a hot summer day.

Hi Julie. Thank you for leaving a review. The pool and cold water spa are cleaned daily. The floor of our pool is painted a green which doesn't help matters. The reason that the key for the pool must be collected from reception for the pool is due to protecting any children that are staying with us or that wander through. By keeping the pool gate locked young children can't get into the pool area without supervision. It is a safety measure we have implimented. Kind Regards

the photos of the place when it was just built . No restaurant, bathroom door knob broken had latch on inside. uncloseable, stunk.office hour not same as website had to wait 45 min before anyone answered phone so i could check in.

Hi Vince. Thank you for leaving a review.Our restaurant has been closed for the Christmas Break. We clearly state that the restaurant is close from mid to late December to mid to late January on the booking site. If you had let us know during your stay we could have organised to get it fixed by maintanence We are sorry about the wait that you did experience but it wasn't 45 minutes it was 10-15 minutes while they used the amenities and then varified the booking as the booking hadn't arrived in our system prior to leaving reception.

Stayed for 10 days Shower floors never got cleaned ,could see water marks from shower on tiles and dust on floor Sky light in bathroom over sink needs replacing it's so old and falling apart,I walked into the bathroom and dust and grit was on the sink from falling out of skylight. Very dark rooms need light on in corner room at end near office Rubbish bin was left full with roaches and flies paying visits ,outside around the corner from my room for 2 days ,finally partner had to go ask for it to be removed ,that took 24 hrs ! Carpets in one room had stains,my fridge light didn't work, found a dead fly on a newly left hand towel in my room one afternoon. Sheets were changed on day 4. Towels were replaced daily which was good. Not very friendly, left to our own devices never many people staying in the 10 days we were there. Wouldn't stay again. HJ and good food places were almost next door and walkable . Bed mattress protector was too small, think it was a double size on a Queen bed and didn't reach the edges by about 4 or 5 inches Old AC that had to be cranked up to feel anything on the hottest days. Reception light switch was very grey and dirty and so was the tap on the water cooler. No AC on in reception when we arrived .I had to mention how hot it was ,I was dropping sweat. So she reluctantly turned it on but it didn't matter by that point. Took 15 min to check in . Asking why I have 2 rooms booked ,explained 3 times I was paying for both rooms,printer wouldn't work.

Hi Joh. Thank you for leaving a review. Any housekeeping issues need to refered to Reception. How can we fix issues if we do not know about them. Finding out about issues after the fact doesn't held during your stay. We do not change sheets daily. Sheet get changed on day 4 or 5 of a longer stay. Thank you for letting us know about the issues. The Aircon in reception is turned on when needed. If the person in reception is comfortable, the aircon is not turned on. It is a power saving strategy. Unfortunately we can't control if the printer is going to decide not to work or not.

The room was a bit "worn" carpet was fraying. Bed and pillow felt old. Grounds were unkept. Large number of trees and palms in the grounds but leaves and tree rubbish everywhere. It looks like it was weeks since a good yard cleanup was done. The one staff member I spoke to was friendly *Sam and the room was clean and tidy but I can find a better value elsewhere in Bundaberg

The bathroom drains where discusting the spa was dirty.all the glasses plates and cups where filthy when I went to ask for clean ones she wasn't very impressed.couldnt contact house keeping hd to walk to the office.the grounds where also very unkept even the carpark out the front of the unit was dirty and cigarey butts everywhere.when I told reception about my issues with cleanliness she screwd her nose up at me and had no comment besides putting her hand out and said keys then putting the eftpost machine on counter said pin and then basically turned her nose up at me and turned away.wgile waiting for my taxi to arrive she ran into the room like I had stolen or done something to the room.. And one more thing the airconditioning/heater in the living area made a huge noise like it was going to blow up..it was my birthday gift to stay Thier and I was very disappointed and would like a refund

Room was basic, furniture was rather austere and less than comfortable, the bed was comfortable enough though. But overall very dated for the price paid. Breakfast was extremely overpriced. The drain in the shower had a rather funky smell, stained tiles and small cockroaches. The crockery supplied was dirty, one mug was actually stuck to the shelf. I received a call and a voicemail at 9:25 asking me to put out breakfast tray, I was showering so didn't answer. About 10 minutes later someone was knocking at our door wanting the tray. Surely they could have waited the half hour to checkout and allowed us privacy in our overpriced room. Wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend.

We waited at reception for over 10 minutes despite ringing the bell and calling out no one came until I called the motel. The room was tidy but the only window you can open to get fresh air is the bathroom. The air conditioner would not turn on. The queen sized bed was nice but the pillows were terrible and only 1 spare was supplied in the room. The single bed was too soft and the blanket felt like sand paper. The bathroom fan did not work. The housekeeping staff were absolutely lovely and helped out in a very friendly and professional manner. Overall it was fine but I probably wouldn’t be rushing back.

It is comfortable. and big area with spa. However It need to floor clean as It had dead cockroach and insects. and hairy bathroom. Even kichen has dots dirt in the cup and spoon. Also missing bar snack but the lady try to charge that snacks price. so check the bar snack if you have missing one, directly talk to her. Otherwise she gonna try to charge to you. I wouldn't go again.

A hidden gem
The room provided was well equipped with modern fixtures with lots of power outlets and good lighting. The room was very comfortable but the bar fridge is a little small. On our first night we had difficulty with the tv remote and the air con was a little noisy and when we mentioned this to a staff member, they moved us immediately to a new room. We were most impressed. We travel to Bundaberg frequently and this will definitely be our new go to place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. I had an issue accessing the internet from my room, however I was able to get it from the seating outside the room.

It was ok. Room servicing was limited at this time despite paying premium for this motel over Christmas/ New Year period. Didn’t like smoking seat located directly outside our room. Most time opening door would be greeted with cigarette smoke in our face.

Room serving was limited due to the time of year and we updated our online bookings to show this change. The bench out side the room is not a designated smoking seat. People are supposed to be 4 metres away from doorways if they are going to smoke. If you had let us know while you were here, we could have spoken to the other guests. No upkeep done on the grounds. Water damage inside all of the cupboards making them all swollen and look disgusting. Incident occurred while there that was poorly handled for other guest.

Hi Mandy. We have 1 grounds person that is on site daily. As we are a large property with lots of trees and bushes, there is only so much that can be done. Also, with the QLD wind the leaves end up everywhere. If you could let us know what room you were in so that we can investigate the water damage and sort out maintenance with management. Bundaberg International Motor Inn - Fantastic
We had a medical appointment and decided to try out this accommodation which has a restaurant. Absolutely no regrets. The apartment was so roomy and clean, we had ultimate comfort and as our appointment was late, our food was delivered to our room. Delicious! We felt so pampered. The spa was wonderful and the staff so friendly and helpful. Could not ask for better!
