«The Expedia did let us down this time as nothing about this accommodation was matched with the description on their website from the location; facilities in the room to the continental breakfast. The bathroom is tiny; no hot water and the shower didn’t work. The so called“continental breakfast” is the worst as you have no choice of anything. The cook brought to us a bowl of corn flakes with hot milk, a plate with a frankfurter sausage, some crumbled egg and a spoonful bake bean, 2 slices of ...

«The place is well maintained both in the unit and outside. Very peaceful environment. They also have an excellent breakfast which is very filling. The hosts were friendly and very helpful with any requests I made. I would go back to stay with them next time I am in Bulawayo.»

«The hotel was closing down. The staff was excellent! Made telephone calls for me and offered personal wifi. The hotel had no working wifi and the electric bill was paid only just before it started to get dark. I had no concerns, because the staff was EXCELLENT! The location is great for taking the train. The staff i cannot say enough about them. They made the stay acceptable. Without them i would certainly left.»
