On the same level, there is a fifth bedroom, a separate laundry room, and an indoor wellness area with a hydromassage tub and sauna – a private zone to restore both body and mind. The outdoor space is an extension of that inner calm: a pergola provides shade from the afternoon sun, curtains float gently in the breeze, and the open-air kitchen with a wood-fired grill and large dining table invites long, flavourful evenings.

The southwest-facing pool follows the sun from morning until dusk. A lounge terrace, furnished with elegant sunbeds and outdoor seating, becomes a natural second living room. Tucked among the garden’s greenery is a charming separate house – thoughtfully transformed into a playroom for the youngest guests.

Villa Volpe Verde is designed as a self-sustaining home. Rainwater is collected in large tanks to water the garden and lawn. Solar panels produce electricity for the house. The private carport is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles.
