The ground floor features a spacious living room with a sofa that can accommodate up to two children, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom and a second bathroom.In Kaštel, guests can enjoy traditional Istrian cuisine in local restaurants and taverns, while a grocery store is just 2 km away. Guests of Villa Morena have free access to the Kanegra tourist resort beach.Kaštel is a small Istrian village on the border with Italy and Slovenia, known for its peaceful atmosphere, vineyards, and olive groves.
