«Very clean condo and very well stocked with numerous kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes. Bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice quality including the pillows. We had our two miniature Aussies with us so the dog run at the property and the close proximity of the dog park were pluses for us. The condo was close to downtown as well as close to the river and hiking trails. We enjoyed our stay here.»

«Loved this historical factor and the details of the room. Very comfortable beside having to deal with the temperature it was fairly warm throughout the night and we were unable to to get the system to cool off the room. Everything else was super. We would definitely stay there again!!»

«We were in town for a wedding and the location of this property could not have been better! We were able to walk to every event! During our downtime, we has easy access to Salidas main street and the river. Having the private parking space was a huge plus too with all of the crowds downtown. Kaylee was a great host and was able to quickly answer any questions we had! We will be staying here again (hopefully sooner than later!)»

«This house was perfect for a long weekend in Salida with young kids - good floor plan and basic but clean and updated furnishings and finishes. Kitchen is easy for meal prep. Super close to downtown shops, restaurants and the playground. Easy access to trails on S Mountain. Property manager super responsive - no issues while we stayed though - they just checked in a few times to make sure we were okay.»

«This place was great for our family of 5 and family dog. We skied and fished and hiked and ate well out or in. It’s a short walk to dog-friendly trails across the river, to dry fly fishing in town and to numerous good restaurants and shopping downtown. We hope to come stay again soon.»

«This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend of skiing at Monarch. The unit had all we needed, was cozy and comfortable, and located within just a few minutes walking distance to fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. The communications were very clear and helpful. Just the right amount too! We will stay here again when we visit Salida.»

«Great little townhome. It was clean and affordable. Loved the little air conditioner. We barely used it on the morning we left because it was cooler while we were there but I couldn't imagine not having it during the hotter months. This may or may not effect people but it is close to the main road and the sound of loud trucks would wake us every morning. Not terrible but a little annoying. We did love walking into town. «We stayed at one of those tiny homes. It was cute and comfortable for six of us. The only thing is the heater. it got really hot where the queen bed was, but all the other area stayed pretty cold. So some of us were sweating at night but some of us were freezing. Other than that we didn’t have any problems. Had beautiful view of mountains, got to see some deer on the site as well. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay!»
