The hotell was very serviceminded and fixed a wheelchair to my wife because of a broken leg. Because of that we could do the plans for the days in Budapest. We recommend this Hotel! In the center of Budapest. 😊

Nice hotel, good location but moody staff
The hotel has a OK location - we visited for the X-mas markets & had a 20-30 minute walk down to St Istvan & Elisabeth square. The rooms were nice and spacious, and the hotel property seemed in a nice state. The breafast was good, with a cook that made omelettes & eggs and a broad selection. Two problems with this hotel during our visit. The hotel mailed us a couple of days before we arrived & informed us that there was an ongoing renovation. We should have been informed of this while ordering, we might have chosen another hotel. But luckily the renovation was of no inconvenience for us. The other problem at this hotel is that the majority of the staff seem in a bad mood, and can be borh rude & ignorant to our inquiries. Although there was some nice staff, espescially the breakfast-room & the bar/cafe the staff seemed uninterested and ignorant to the guests. Probably stay here next time we visit.

Vi fikk på forhand beskjed om at de foregikk oppussing av hotellet og det kunne forekomme litt bråk. Men når boremaskiner starter kl 07.00 hver morgen også lørdag. Tenker jeg at det er mer enn litt bråk. Hotellet er ellers fantastisk. Men rommene blir altfor varme. AC på 10 grader gjorde rommet til kanskje 15-18. Vinduene kunne vi ikke ha oppe da hotellet ligger midt i byen og trafikkbråket er enormt når vinduet er åpent.

Stayed for 5 nights on 5th floor. AC did not worked. 3rd day I had to Ask them to change my room or I will check out AS after 3-4 complaints air condition did not work. Was given a room 618 on 6th floor. Did not SEE any smile or wish from the straff. Wi-Fi did not work properely.

Vi kom midt i et oppussingsprosjekt. Dette medførte en del bråk mellom kl 09-17. Vi hadde først et rom på 4 etasje hvor det var umulig å oppholde seg mens det bråket. Vi fikk heldigvis byttet rom til 7 etasje hvor det var noe bedre. Standard på rom i plan 4 var ok. Noe gammelt, men bra renhold. På plan 7 var det som et helt nytt hotell med ny og veldig god standard. Inngangsparti og lobby bar preg av oppussingen. Service var god.

Rent og sentralt
Ypperlig beliggenhet nær 4-6-trikken og blå metro, det er heller ikke langt til gul metro. Rommet mitt (8. etasje) var nyoppusset og pent, og så rent at det føltes helt greit å bade babyen min i badekaret (slik er det ikke overalt...). Hotellet hadde babyseng. Venner som hadde rom i lavere etasjer hadde visstnok ikke like fine rom, og heller ikke like fin utsikt. Veldig fornøyd!

Fint ærverdig hotell i gangavstand til alt mulig.
Pluss: Hotellet skårer topp når det gjelder service fra personellet ( alltid blid og smilende)og standard på frokostbuffeen. Virkelig bra. Basseng og trimrom over gjennomsnittet. Rent og pent. Minus: Vi hadde rom ut mot ganske trafikkert gate og opplevde en del trafikkstøy. Aircondition virket men fungere dårlig. Vi klaget på air-conditionen men det ble ikke noe bedre.

Utdatert hotell, helt ok. Veldig bra beliggenhet
Helt grei opplevelse. Skuffet over at bassenget var booket og ikke åpent som informert (lurt å sjekke med resepsjonen når det faktisk er ledig for bruk). Men bra basseng (den gangen vi fikk brukt det). Ellers romslig rom og gode senger. Største bonus er beliggenheten som er helt topp! Veldig god hjelp med oppbevaring av bagasje og bestilling av taxi på avreisedag. Vi spiste ikke frokost på hotellet (synes det var altfor dyrt) og fant mange koselige frokostplasser innen gåavstand.

Bra beliggenhet og god frokost!
Bra hotell med bra beliggenhet. Kort vei til shopping og mange spisesteder! Men stille å rolig omeråde med lite bråk. Men de holdt på å pusse opp rommene så litt kjedelig å våkne opp kl 7 hver dag fordi de pusset å borret på naborommet. Veldig bra frokost! Bra utvalg og ferskpresset appelsinjuice hver morgen!

veldig sentralt og lett å finne frem
Eneste minuset med oppholdet var at vi ikke ble informert om såkalte "technical problems" i etasjen rett over rommet. Dette inneholdt ekstremt høy boring og dunking fra tidlig morgen(ca kl 08.00) hver dag. Det bidro til veldig kjedelige morgener og mindre søvn enn planlagt på en ferie som var ment for å slappe av.

Topp plassering, mindre bra ekstraseng
Overnattet på vei videre. Ekstrasengen var ikke gjort klar når vi kom, den var ødelagt uten at vi fikk tilbud om nytt rom. Vi fikk heller ikke dyne til ekstrasengen og måtte re opp selv

You cannot imagine how sorry I am to hear that you had to encounter such unpleasant thing. It is absolutely not usual to us to provoke bad feelings by the cleaning service and I honestly do not know how it happened. Behjelpelige ansatte og muligheter for oppgraderin
Rommet vi først fikk var tydelig av den gamle delen av hotellet, så vi spurte om et bedre rom - som vi fikk. Business class rommene var mye finere, nyere og ikke så slitt. Kostet heller ikke veldig mye mer per natt. Utrolig behjelpelige ansatte.

Bodde på dette erverdige hotellet, som bar preg av å savne noe oppussing på rommene. Fine gåturer til alt vi var å så på.

Ok hotell, men slett rengjøring.
Fint hotell, bra beliggenhet og ok hotellrom, MEN rengjøringen var slett! Gulvet (vegg til vegg teppe) ble ikke støvsugd i løpet av den tiden vi var der (5 netter) og sengene ikke skikkelig redd opp. Vi var så uheldig å søle litt rød drikke på laken og putevar, men dette ble ikke skiftet. Det var sorte hår på badegulvet (bak døren) da vi ankom (vi har lyst hår)og det var der fremdeles da vi dro... Må kunne forvente bedre fra et hotell i denne klassen.

Beke Hotell har god beliggenhet i Budapest
jeg har bodd på hotellet i flere omganger gjennom flere år og fordelen er den gode beliggenheten og så har de et godt kjøkken - ulempen er rom mot hovedgaten som er traffikert (støy). de sviktet når det gjaldt bookingen av transport fra flyplassen til hotellet (den bestilte hotellbilen kom aldri). Vi fikk oppgradering for "skaden"

Perfekt beliggenhet
litt slitent på noen av rommene og mye gatestøy hvis rommet vender ut mot hovedgate. Men beliggenheten er perfekt for og nå det man vil i sentrum. Hyggelig betjening, rent og god service

Perfekt for en nybegynner i Budapest.
Min første tur til Budapest. Hotellet ligger midt i "trikkegaten" og herfra kan en ta seg raskt fram med trikk, buss og undergrunn. Gangavstand til Nyugati og Oktogon. Vi hadde rom mot bakgård og var derfor ikke påvirket av støy fra gaten. Gode senger og god frokost med mye å velge i og med egen "kokk" som stekte egg i alle varianter. Forøvrig elendig kaffe, noe som er litt rart da byens cafeer tilbyr fantastisk god kaffe. Prøv kaffe melange. Totalt sett et bra hotell.

Hotellet ligger i veldig trafikkert område.
Greit hotell. Enkelt å komme seg til severdigheter, termalbad o.l. Var der medio oktober, og air condition var slått av slik at det var ubehagelig varmt på rommet. Fikk omsider låst opp vinduene slik at de kunne åpnes.

en flott uke
Bodde her i en uke og var veldig fornøyd med rommet og servicen. De ansatte var alltid opptatt med at vi skulle få den beste mulige opplevelsen av Budapest og det klarte de og. Eneste som kunne ha vært negativt med hotellet var lite badebasseng, men for oss hadde det ingen betydning. Anbefales sterkt :)
