Det var noen misforståelser med betaling av renhold (40€) ved innsjekk, da det i bekreftelsesemailen stod et depositum. Men alt i alt flott leilighet i hjertet av byen.

Beautiful big space and amazing location within walking distance to all the major tourist sites. Super quiet especially considering it’s on a pretty main road. Felt incredibly safe which is especially important to me when travelling as a solo female. My only criticism would be that the place could be a little more polished. All fine at first glance but just little things like one of the drawers wouldn’t stay shut, the remote for the blinds was missing a button (still functional but not as easy to use), the mugs were all chipped and there was only one knife (fine for me but the apartment sleeps up to 4 and I don’t think sharing a single knife would be ideal!). All small, inexpensive and easy fixes though and the only reason I wouldn’t give this place 5/5. Still an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Great location
Great location for exploring city, apartment generous in sizing and a whole family could stay in the room. Inside apartment clean and comfy with large 50" smart TV, albeit we couldnt figure out the volume control! It would have been nice to have a few basics, such as water Tea, coffee, shower gel etc. Common areas of apartment area were quite dirty with litter not collected for a few days, it also seemend that homeless people were sleeping rough in the common areas. Overall good value adn would consider again as the lcoation was perfect.

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute zentrale Lage. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, daher haben wir die Verwaltung per mail kontaktiert. Es kam keine Reaktion und der Fernseher blieb kaputt.

me cancelaron el loft Astoria el dia de ingreso y me ofrecieron otro o me cancelaban, ese mismo día mi vuelo a Budapest fue cancelado y avise que no llegaría hasta el día siguiente, y ya con tanta complicación acepte el cambio de hospedaje, para no complicarme de tener que buscar otra vez cuando había reservado antes y me había tomado el tiempo de seleccionar justo donde quería llegar, (el loft astoria estaba justo frente a la estación del metro y cerca de todo) pero no me quede satisfecha con el mismo, estaba muy por debajo de lo que yo había rentado y la zona mas alejada de donde me quería quedar (entrada por una calle muy sola que daba inseguridad) fue tremendamente decepcionante

一切都是靠email連絡，時間到了才會發訊息讓你進房。 房門口的感應卡密碼盒第一次打開時看不清楚指示線，試了很久才打開取得房卡。 203房淋浴間的門無法關緊（門下止水條變形門片絞鏈變形導致玻璃門卡地）每次洗完澡浴室都淹水，沒有排水口只能自己拖地） 地點方便，坐地鐵路面電車或是公車都方便。坐一站就可以去廢墟酒吧街。 街角就有兩個超市方便採買，樓下是麥當勞。 房間大，住四個人都可以。廚房道具齊全。

This is advertised as a four star hotel. Instead, i received a tedious 8 page online form to fill before arrival along with an online credit card relaese form. Pending filling this i received a two page e-mail explaining the very complex way of how to get into the property, as there is no reception in the building. You enter one code at the main gate, climb all the floors through a dark, dodgy stairway with all your luggage, as elevator does not work, find some little box on the wall with the key in it, have to enter another code into this box in the pitch dark. Whole process with local knowlwdge, live internet and telephone connection to consult representative took at least 50-60 minutes. I have no idea how a stranger to town would after a long flight could manage this. Cleaning very superficial, not professional hotel level, bedding OK. Location perfect.

The apartments on the same floor was under renovation. And rather they were also arranging a viewing that same weekend. The photo on the Expedia and what we have was different. The layout and the usage was also different. What could use for cooking, cannot. The unit cannot be access, staff delayed our entry. And insisted that we submit our passport details and blah blah. Make the check in unfavourable.

The appartment itself was great, clean, big, big bathroom, however the overall experience was negative, elevator did not work, hallways and common areas extremely dirty and run down, one air conditioning was extremely noisy and the other didn't work, but the worse part is that the administration keeps asking you for information at very late stages, so even when you think you are ready to go into the appartment, checked in online and all, they send you emails 2 days before arrival asking for more info or "they will not send you the entry codes" and of course if you are traveling since days before you will miss the request.

The pictures of the lift show rooms with wonderful outside windows. We did not have a window to outside. It opened to a closed in courtyard and was very dark. Building appears to be constructed during Soviet rule with external steel girders framing the building. Internet info was wrong and finally got it corrected. The apt itself was neat and clean and updated.

The loft is a bit used by now, but still money/space/location/quality ratio is very good. You can cook in the loft (we did not), the aircon works excellent in the masterbedroom and less so in the large space. Budapest is a bit brutal city, too dusty/dirty, too fast, too many homeless people, but definitely worth seeing.

Good location but difficult to make changes
The place is nice and has a very central location to many places of interest and is immediately next to the metro. Check in went well, but since there is no staffed reception on site it was difficult and slow to make a change for a late check out. I had to pay an additional night for this and that is acceptable, but I took too long time for a response and I had to change room. I think it would have been easier if there was a person to take care of it.

Die Lage und Preis-Leistung waren top. Bei uns wurden nur leider die Handtücher vergessen und wir mussten leider über ne Stunde darauf warten und vor uns war ein Hund in der Unterkunft, da überall Hundehaare lagen und nicht gesaugt wurde. Der Check in war leider erst um 15 Uhr und wir konnten die Koffer nicht in der Lobby deponieren.

Terrible place. We booked a room with 3 beds and the rooftop and wasn't what we got. We got 2 beds only and the worst of all room was full of bed bugs. And without a rooftop. It is impossible to contact them. I contacted Expedia as soon as I realyze the situation but not even them could reach them. It was a horrible experience
