For studenter
Veldig fin plassering, litt mye støy på utsiden. Hyggelige personale. Det står at det er gratis parkering utenfor, men disse hører ikke til hotellet, så det var ingen ledige plasser da vi kom. I tillegg så er det en del puber og fulle folk på kveldstid, så da er det like greit å parkere et annet sted

Etter prisen var oppholdet greit. Rommet hadde noe lite skapplass og var dårlig lydisolert. Vi hadde problem med røyking fra naborommet, men der var betjeningen topp! Vi fikk straks vi klaget, ny røyfri leilighet i en annen etasje. Beliggenheten er fin - lett tilgang til bane/buss, ikke langt å gå til sentrum. Trolig kommer vi tilbake.

Was a very nice stay for the price, I cannot complain about that, if you wanted to do an early check in you needed to pay and I tought that was a bit unnecessarily knowing that the apartment was already free for us, we also payed for a cleaning fee which is fair enough! So at the end a cheap stay but it did the job.

Auto check in was not easy especially if you are not aware ( emails was in the junk) but the assistance i had make it easier , the apartment was good and the location is the best if you like the night life (very close to night clubs and restaurants)

Location is fine, the room spacious enough but the decor is depressing - cream and brown just doesn't cut it. The furniture is ok but more than a bit dated. The walls are paper thin and you hear everyone coming and going. The keypads used to enter the rooms are handy but much too loud so if your 'neighbours' are quiet, you hear all the pads being activated every time. Communication from staff is poor. I received a different price from what I had understood I booked with Hotels.com. I send 3 mails before I got a response and then it was just a commitment to check what why it was like this. I was trying to get Hotels.com to fix the issue but in the end I had to contact the apartment myself and it took 3 calls to get through. Hotels.com fell way below what I expected and the apartment was not very attentive. When I eventually got them and got a commitment from them to only pay the amount at the time of the booking, I was told I'd receive an e-mail to confirm within an hour - not good enough for me (as I was leaving very early the following morning) and needed the mail there and then. The mail arrived more than an hour later. The Apartment was also slow in sending me access codes for the apartment and apartment building. I was already in Budapest by the time I had received them. Overall, for what I paid, 'the product' was poor value for money. The main benefit is location but that alone does not make up for poor standards - apartment and responsiveness.

The place is central and right at many tourist places. The building is a bit old and the surrounding area is crowded and noisy, so not ideal for children or families.

The communication from liechenstein apartments was excellent. However I will never book with HOTELS.COM voluntarily again. Using the "navigate to" we arrived at the property and couldnt access it after many frantic phone calls and after approximately an hour (after having travelled for around 8hours) we finally got told we were to go somewhere that appeared right at the end of the email and was not where hotels.com's "navigate to" took us nor where was on our booking information . Now around an hour and 15 minutes after check in we gained access to a property. The picture i was sold was not what i recieved. The picture was of a large apartment. The picture had a sofa, table and chairs, 2 single beds a triple panel window seat etc , when i arrived with 2 other fully grown men we could lay down and touch both walls . A tiny 2.5x5m room with a mezzanine floor with a double bed and 1 single. Not the double and 2 singles in a 2 bedroom apartment I paid for . By this point frustration was immense, fortunately a gentleman called CHRIS finally semiresolved the issues and gained us access to another apartment where i slept on a sofa for 5 nights as we still didnt have the double and 2 single beds I booked. This is after a previous booking HOTELS.COM took 6 months to notify me I'd paid them to stay somewhere no longer trading causing this to be booked last minute . Ruined a large part of my holiday, see 1st pic what i was sold, 2nd where we were b4 Chris intevened

It was not bad!! I don’t understand why people said this apartment is dirty. I was confused by the review before I start the accommodation here. But it was so good with such a low price!

Painful getting checked in. Lots of emails/texts back and forth, drove to one location and started unpacking the car only to find out the apartment was in another location and the parking was 1 km away. Once checked in, the apartment was adequate and clean. Price per night was good but parking and cleaning fee doubled the price. Would not recommend unless you have an hour or so to kill getting checked in and situated. Good location though.

Non capisco ancora perché ci sono molte recensioni negative su questa struttura. Io mi sono trovata davvero bene. L'appartamento era dotato di un angolo cottura composto da: microonde, lavandino, piastra per la cottura degli alimenti. Il letto era confortevole e il riscaldamento era funzionante. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il fatto che non sono stati molto invadenti. Il 3 giorno abbiamo avuto il cambio degli asciugamani e dei diversi pattumi, oltre che una scorta ben fornita di carta igienica. La comunicazione con la struttura è sempre stata ottimale. L'appartamento era al centro delle attrazioni principali. Il distretto è il migliore a mio parere, hai tutto a portata di mano. Sicuramente lo consiglio a chiunque!

Des fourmis et moucheron dans la salle de bain l'état du sol pas propre dans la salle de bain Rapport qualité prix très cher A savoir ça, il y a avait un Hôtel Ibis à 57€ Chez Accord, les hôtels sont propres Aussi, il n'y a personne à la réception que ce soit de 19 heures à 11 heures du matin.

der blev ikke gjort rent en eneste gang i de 14 dage vi var der, samt at vi selv måtte henvende hos hvis vi ville have rent sengetøj, som vi selv måtte ligge på, samt håndklæder på vi også bede om. vi så ikke så tit personale. Det gode ved lejligheden var den er stor og ligger centralt.

Dont believe everything you read on trip advisor. If you like authentic and want to be close to the heart of Budapest then this is an excellent choice. Airy, spacious, not too noisy, air-con - a grest place to rest your weary legs after seeing the sights, and less than 5mins walk from the Great Synagogue. Liechtenstein will email you - if you are able to afford it it is well worth using the pick up service from the airport- this way you get taken direct to your flat removing any unwanted stress.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zentral gelegen, sehr nahe an eine Ruin Bar, dennoch ruhig, weil Innenhof Lage. Nachteilig ist vielleicht die nicht vorhandene Aussicht da Innenhof Lage.

Very good location and clean flat, but that is the only thing counting in its favor! So many problems! Safe box was not working, air con remote not there (arranged for them to bring it), shutters at the window not working, shower head broken... Then they charge you €22 for 'cleaning' but be warned, if you leave dishes unwashed, they charge you €5 (but no plug to wash your dishes), if you leave your towel on the ground for washing another €5 per towel, we waited to be charged to use the shower- it was ridiculous! The balcony was gross with someones cigarette butts still there and 2 air-con boxes on the ground?

Positif:à proximité de tout ,chouette petit appartement . Négatif :on a du payer 23 euro en plus pour le ménage qui n'as jamais été fait durant notre séjour,même la poubelle n'a pas ete vidée. Dommage car c'est un des seuls point negatif ,mais niveau qualités prix c'est bien
