Friendly staff
Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was clean and big enough for 3. 10 min walk to the airport. 15% service fee included in the restaurant bill is a bit too much.

Disappointed
Pos: close to the airport. Neg: quality belove average. Simple cheap rooms. Booket a suite, that was waste of money. The suite was located in the back of the hotel, with a wiew towards some stairs and into some other rooms. Hears everything that happens in the next room. Conclusion: If possible, choose another hotel.

Bestilte suite, overasket over at det manglet skap,kjøleskap og litt for lite håndkler på rommet. Størrelsen på rommet var 25 kvm noe som er veldig bra for en barnefamilie, der barn har plass å løpe/leke- men det var langt fra en suites opplevelse for oss.

I believe the rate of $200 that I paid was too much for the quality of the room that I got. A more appropriate rate would have been half as much but that is the only hotel at the terminal so I guess they can name their price. I had an international flight at 6:30am so I did not have much choice.

The hotel is close to the airport, surrounded by car parking. An easy uphill walk the airport terminals, but not so easy with two heavy suitcases The property offers a shuttle-bus to the airport every 10 minutes. We wanted to go to Teminal 2a departures (upper level). The driver refused and took us to 2b arrivals which was the furthest point from our destination. Very arrogant. The hotel is spartan but that is what we expected. It is clean and serves an excellent limited menu.

Perfect distance from airport - 5/10 min walk! So so quiet even with guests walking by at night in corridor. Good size room and able to grab free water etc from lobby. Frustratingly I was sent a link to put my check out time so I set to 11am and at 9am the housekeeper just walked in! Didn’t even knock. Quite shocking to be honest. Also the staff at reception can be intimidating, each time I came down at different times of the day, I felt I was being stared at and talked/laughed at as 3 girls stood together at the desk. Any question I asked made me feel stupid. Two male staff at the bar also made me feel uncomfortable when I just asked a simple question. Other than that, my stay was great. Just a shame some of the staff aren’t too friendly.
