The hotel is very nice looking at the location is amazing! the rooms as well are pretty and comfortable. However, we had some trouble with the service. There was a leakage from the shower that wet the whole floor and carpet, and when we said this to the managment they sent a cleaning lady that barely did anything. In the end we got a new room. Furthermore, in the new room we got the AC was not working! It was super hot and awful air to sleep in. Again we consulted with the managment and a guy came up to look at it, reeking smoke and not knowing what was wrong. It was not fixed. We were offered no substitute or something to make up for the bad condition. We were quite unlucky with the rooms, but the service could have been improved drastically.

少し残念でした
2連泊の2日目の室内清掃をしていませんでした。 レストランでの夕食時、スープとメインを注文しましたが、スープが出てきません。スタッフに言うと、慌ててこれから作る様子でした。多分忘れていたと思われます。スタッフの対応が非常に緩慢に感じました。 レセプションスタッフに1人、不愛想な方がいました。 その他のスタッフは、非常に好感が持てる良い対応をしてくれました。 ヒルトンの名がついているホテルなので、敢えて減点をいたしました。

Within 5~10 minis can walk to the X’mas market which they already started 11/16.2023 Hop on hop off bus stop everywhere you can see station a very authentic Hungarian food resturant we spent a nice evening dinner walking 2 minis walking distence , friendly people here .surely when you out tours pic pocket etc., keep alert people around you , we enjoy stay in here for 2nights trip .

Dålig och dryg service vid checkin samt vid frågor om t.ex Budapest mest kända spa som ligger ca 700 meter från hotellet där 2 av dom i receptionen inte ens visste hur man gick dit och den 3e gav bara en adress. Rummets ac var nästintill död och det var kvavt och fuktigt hela vistelsen. Och frukosten var ingen höjdare, kändes inte fräch

We had reserved a studio but it was not available so the staff more than made up for it. The hotel is on a fairly quiet street but convenient to walk and take public transit to many attractions.
