I am also happy to learn that you were impressed with the friendly services delivered.As for the airport transfer service, please note that we have a contracted partnership with a licensed transfer company to ensure high safety and comfort of our guests. They provide a fixed price, which is advantageous and appreciated, since this does not increase even in the biggest traffic jam. In addition, these cars are always clean and well-groomed drivers take care of the hassle-free journey of our guests. These cannot always be said about a regular taxi and their final costs are changed depending on the traffic. I am terribly sorry that the tariff was not clarified accurately. Please accept my apology for the caused inconveniences and please be assured that I share your concerns with relevant department head in order to avoid similar occurrences in the future.Our surroundings, like Budapest in general, is safe.
