«Great house»

«The house was very clean. Had a wonderful selection of teas. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay at this location again.»

«First time in a barndominium and it was very nice. Comfortable beds, nice shower and very quiet area.»

«Very nice house. Clean enjoyed our stay.»

«The back yard needed to be mowed, the kitchen smelled like sea food or fried fish, the restroom in the hall by all of the bedrooms smelled like cat urine, and only 1 of the 3 televisions worked in the home. The back deck the wood is cracked and looks like a safety hazard, had so much over growth you could barely make it down the decks steps to the overgrown backyard. I messaged the host about the televisions not working and the cat urine smell and only got back what seemed like automated ...

«The property was amazing! Lots of space and very clean! Loved our stay!»

«It seems like a good place overall but had some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Specifically the trash was in front of the house and was very full and stinky the entire visit. The bathroom drain wasn’t working well and needs snaking. Most of all, the lower level bed had a broken frame and slats and the members our party had to sleep in a terrible bed that was beyond sagging. Needed to be replaced. It was unacceptable really. On the plus side, we appreciated that we didn’t need to ...

«Communication was great. The place was perfect for our short stay. The town was nice as well.»

«Very nice space!»

«Absolutely loved staying here. And will be returning. Beautiful home. Excellent host. And great communication.»

«Nice, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay!»

«The property is meticulous. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with very nice amenities. The shower is amazing with excellent water pressure and big fluffy towels. Water front is lovely. It is much nicer than the listed pictures on VRBO. We commuted back and forth to Lawrence each day and it is a beautiful drive, within about 1/2 hour. Resulted in a quiet retreat instead of plain motel. Next time I would pack golf clubs as there is a nice course within a few blocks. I ...

«Our group of 16 ranged from toddlers to grandparents, and we were all very comfortable in this spacious home. It was filled with most anything one would need and communication with the host was friendly and informative. Kids loved all of the gaming options. The location was perfect with easy access to main roads, grocery store, coffee, etc. We would definitely stay here again.»

«I would definitely rent this again! It was just perfect in every way. The layout was perfect. The pool table, theater room, dart board provided entertainment in our downtime. Large table to accommodate everyone. Huge beautiful kitchen. Fenced yard for pets. And the icing on the cake…the hosts! Super friendly and always quick if not immediate responses. Not to mention close to everything! »

«Great property in a nice neighborhood. Very conveniently located for us.»

«Near many amenities but off the beaten path. »

«The location was very convenient for our granddaughter’s wedding weekend. The house was comfortable and well laid out for our purposes 1 would stay there again.»

«Cute house in nice quiet neighborhood! Our packages and deliveries got there and were undisturbed. We enjoyed staying there. Lots of space for everyone. The property could use a deep cleaning. Also water for the shower kept getting cold and we would have to keep turning it off then on again multiple times to get more hot water. So for one shower you may have to repeat the off/on step 6 or 7 times. The soap dispenser kept falling off the shower so we just put it on the shower floor since ...
