Holiday Apartment "im Haus Kreuzthal"

Our vacation apartment is located in the picturesque Allgäu foothills of the Alps.

Triangle Isny - Leutkirch - Kempten In a sunny location directly in the village center.



The apartment is on the top floor of our detached house with its own entrance and a pretty, sunny south-facing balcony. It is generously proportioned (approx. 70 sqm) and ideal for 2 people. The roof beams have been left in place and give the apartment a cozy touch.

In the spacious bedroom there is a large double bed, a large closet and in an alcove a small, antique desk with telephone and internet connection, as well as a swiveling flat screen TV-Sat with Netflix-The spacious shower with comfortable seating offers a lot of comfort.

The living room with integrated kitchen has a large farmhouse table. The comfortable pull-out couch (sleeping accommodation for 1-2 persons) with rattan armchair gives the “living area” a cozy atmosphere, despite the latest technology: telephone and Internet connection, doorphone, flat screen TV-Sat, (swiveling to the kitchen and dining area) and stereo compact system (Bluetooth, Hifi, CD, MP3 player, USB, SD, radio, Netflix).

The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and freezer, coffee and expresso machine, toaster, etc.).

In the wide hallway there is a cozy little reading corner with a comfortable couch. The furniture is of high quality and partly antique.

The apartment has a washing machine.

Kreuzthal is a district of Buchenberg.

The Kreuzthal vacation home is located in the center of Kreuzthal/Eisenbach and directly on the hiking trail network of the Adelegg and the Glasmacherweg, in the densely wooded part of the Allgäu foothills of the Alps.

In summer, the free outdoor pool (with kiosk, approx. 200 m away) is open.

The “Gohresberg” ski lift with floodlights is only 500 m away. Hikes, mountain bike tours on the Adelegg mountain range, a well-developed cycling and hiking network, herb hikes in summer and winter hikes, tours for snowshoe fans leave no room for boredom. Simply pure nature.

The border between Bavaria and Württemberg runs right through the village.

Kreuzthal is Bavarian, Eisenbach is Württemberg.
