We do offer the option to upgrade to a higher room category for a small fee, according to our availability. We wish we could have intervened at the time of your stay. We are shocked to read about the cleanliness issue you have encountered as we are used to receiving positive feedback in this regard. We always aim to keep our cleanliness standards at the highest possible level but seem to have failed in this particular instance.
