Some of the staff could have been friendlier, ie. Smile. I also was not told that they had a safer, and nicer patio to smoke, instead of the front of the hotel, until my third and last night. Breakfast was not relaxing. Felt very rushed. I went to the bathroom, and I came back, and they had taken away my breakfast, and reset it for lunch.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel and rooms were well cleaned and quite spacious. In a convenient location only 300m from the train station and a 1km walk from the city centre Only negative was the street near the entrance to the hotel didn't feel the most safe to walk along

Nice clean hotel opposite Train station which is convenient but the noise especially on Sunday morning with market being setup Sunday morning it can get really noisy.

Hotel and staff we great. They offer water bottles to refill for use and nice sized room. Good hotel for us since next to Midi train station. Due to being near train station, not the most beautiful area, can walk one mile to center of city.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber. Umfangreiches Frühstück. Lage am Gare Du Midi ist mit guten ÖPNV-Verbindungen ideal. Umgebung leider - natürlich aufgrund Bahnhofsnähe - laut. Hotelzimmer verfügen aber über sehr gute Fenster, sodass der Straßen- und Zuglärm in der Nacht bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht gestört hat.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast and dinner was always excellent and the room was comfortable and had all the utilities needed. The hotel also had a water dispenser on the ground floor which we found to be incredibly useful. But I do think the carpet of the hotel room could be cleaned more.

Very clean, very polite and helpful staff, and location to Zuid/Midi was only a few hundred metres. The mattress is the only thing that can be improved, everything else was perfect. Thank you to all.

Very convenient for Midi/Sud station (only across the road). Good size room with everything I needed, including a kettle. Reasonably quiet at back of hotel, especially given the proximity to the station.

Beautiful vacation
The hotel was walking distance from the City Centre, train station and some seight-seeing areas. Hotel clean and staff friendly. Room was good size, i was on the top floor. The only thing the tub was too high, my concern for older folks. If you like to walk, once you get the map of all the seights to see from your hotel, Google map is your friend a great way to save money

The hotel was comfortable, room large. There were rowdy guests that you could hear in the hall in the middle of the night. The area around the hotel made me feel unsafe as a female solo traveler but there was a lo around in terms of restaurants and infrastructure

A good solid place to stay and party ..
Brussels, is a great place to stay. For a weekend get away . The hotel was very convenient. As it’s situated close by the main line Midi station . Room is comfortable, which includes modern facilities and offered fast wifi connectivity. Breakfast, was so,so. As more options was needed to justify a good point . It’s standard for your everyday palate. Dinner needed an overhaul. As the food offerings was not justified. Having to pay a $3 room service charge, which offered poor food quality. The quiche, was a great option. As it was light and crispy with a tasty vinaigrette salad. The main the watershot chicken , was bland and dry . So for food, please visit nearby sites…

First of all, this is a nice clean hotel, pretty convenient to Brussels-Midi station. Check in went fine and the service from the staff was good. But from about 2230 until 0130 in the morning there was a fire alarm coming on and off at 10-15 minute intervals. Like every time I was about to drift off it came on right outside the room. They had someone working on it, but it happened to be right outside our room. We thought about moving but at midnight thought it might be more trouble than it was worth. That meant we didn’t sleep super well. Also there is quite a bit of street noise. Breakfast was fine, a little limited, but good enough for us. I would definitely rate the hotel higher if it wasn’t for the alarm. But getting a good night’s sleep in your hotel is important. Staff were apologetic, which was nice.

Two stars only for the location. Trains can be taken from Midi Station to almost anywhere in Europe. The hotel condition is average. Good in the hotel restaurant is absolutely bad. The area near the hotel is dirty. Not much food options. Below average middle eastern or any other kind of food. Streets smell bad.

Funky smell and dirty towel
Easy to get to. But sadly our room smelt a bit weird. Couldn’t work out if it was just stagnant air or someone had smoked in there. Either way, it was unpleasant. Also one of the towels in the bathroom was covered in someone else’s hair. The hotel felt a bit tired and the rooms were very so so.

The room smells strongly of a cigarette that it hurt our nostrils. We did not have good sleep. Upon check out, the receptionist did not bother asking how the experience was either.
