Very nice breakfast and restaurant with spanish dishes. Extended free toiletteries in the room with free hand/creme which is quite useful in these days of antibac use. the concierge was amazing and makes sure that you have everything you need.

Bra standard på hotellet og helt ok standart på frokosten. Fantastisk personlig service. Første gang jeg har fått tilbud om en kaffe som Take Away ved utsjekk. Kommer tilbake.

Great location, you are central to a lot of attractions around Brussels. The only issue was the noise. The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear your neighbor and outside nosie.

This was a great place to stay in Brussels and will definitely stay again next visit. It is walkable to the sights but outside the very busy center. The hotel was modern and beautiful.

If booking a suite know that they are in the front of the hotel and you hear street noise throughout the night. Rooms were great just the noise of the street was a bit loud

Staff at the receptionist and front lobby are extremely friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for the nearby shop are great. Rooms are okay clean. It would be nice if the tub is lower, not easy to get in/ out of the tub. I will return to this hotel if I come back to this area.

The room was spacious, well appointed, clean, and very quiet. The staff was great, always very helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing, well worth it. There's a solid selection of good restaurants right next door on the place, and Brussels Central is a short walk away.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel was our room refrigerator did not work. The hotel maintenance does not work on the weekends.

Everything (location, personnel, room) is great, but the lobby and breakfast area is always smelling. There is a ventilation problem in the kitchen. Hope they find a solution.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at NH Collection - staff were great and helped whenever we asked - booking taxis and helping with restaurants reservations. Breakfast food was spot on but only downside for us was the restaurant (Hispania) on site which we wouldn’t recommend, we ate there on first night and didn’t return
