Fint opphold
Veldig bra beliggenhet med nærhet til det meste! Fint hotell men noe litt slitt, frokosten var god med veldig fin utsikt. Personalet i resepsjonen var hjelpsomme, men litt varierende i frokostsalen. Alt i alt fint hotell å bo på i Brussel.

Oppholdet var stort sett bra, og hotellet ligger veldig sentralt. Men strømmen gikk ganske ofte, og dagen de skulle orde det skulle jeg sjekke ut, og det var noe problematisk å dusje i mørket.

Vi hadde et flott opphold på dette hotellet. Vi hadde bestilt suite, som hadde to romslige rom. Det mest fantastiske ved hotellet var frokosten, sjelden opplevd bedre utvalg. Syntes rommet manglet det lille ekstra for å gi full pott; eksempelvis kun 1 badekåpe, ikke to, ikke noe sted å henge jakke, generelt litt sparsommelig møblert i stuen. Vi likte beliggenheten godt.

God service, litt uggent nabolag
Svært god service, blant annet frokost til kl. 12 på søndager, samt en mulighet til å beholde rommet til 17 på søndager uten ekstra kostnad. Betjeningen i resepsjonen var kunnskapsrike og hjelpsomme. Området var iht. lokale ikke blant de beste og fikk klart råd om å få taxien til å stoppe rett utenfor døren på kvelden.

The room was clean & updated & in a convenient location. However our room backed onto a pedestrian street & was so noisy we barely slept. Also the body wash in the shower was empty & the young lady who checked us in was not very welcoming. I probably will avoid NH next time.

Meget lækkert hotel med perfekt beliggenhed.

Al llegar al hotel no tenían energía, lo que hizo que no nos pudieran entregar las tarjetas de las habitación y adicional la calefacción al no tener energía no se encontraba habilitada, lo que hizo que la habitación estuviera fría, cuando llegó la energía tuvimos calefacción pero la habitación como se iba a demorar en calentar nos tuvieron que prestar un calentador pequeño que o era suficiente para la habitación, sin embargo mejoró la temperatura de la habitación para poder dormir. En cuanto al servicio nos encontramos con personas muy amables, del servicio no tenemos ninguna queja.

This was a nice property but, when we arrived at almost 4:30 after traveling all day our room was not ready. We were told it would be 5 minutes but, it was 15 minutes. Check in was 3. That's not acceptable when we are paying a lot of money each day for the room.
We also had issues with our bathroom door not closing and my daughter was stuck in there for several minutes. We called to have it fixed but, it wasn't fixed properly so it never closed. The cleaning staff was very nice and brought us whatever we needed each day. The staff in the breakfast room were all very nice and the breakfast was excellent.

Perfect stay
Great hotel, perfect location, close to shops, restaurants, everything in less than 10 minutes walking. Hotel is friendly, clean, very confortable, spanish speaking, excelent location.

立地は最高、室温に注意。
De Brouckere駅の出入口(坂道型のエスカレーター)すぐの好立地。駅前にはクリスマスマーケットやスケートも!ロビーには水などが置いてあり嬉しい配慮。リクエスト通りの浴槽付きの部屋で、冷蔵庫、コーヒーマシン、ポットと揃っていた。残念なのは、部屋の寒さ。エアコンが機能しているか謎だったが、特にクレームしなかった。厚着して凌いだ。
