OK 3 star hotel
Good, central location for work and travell. OK breakfast. Dated room interior with broken tiles etc, lighting impossible for make-up, strange choice of glass door and window between bathroom and bedroom. Hairdryer only worked for 10 seconds at a time before overheating. Could hear all the neighbours, both next door and upstairs, so not very quiet and sound proof as promised. Nice to have a kettle and tea, but the non-functional coffee makers were a hassle. Friendly staff. All in all an OK 3 star hotel, no idea where the 4th star is supposed to be.....

Veldig sentral beliggenhet. I tillegg til veldig hyggelig personale som var multispåkelige og veldig hjelpsomme. Frokosten var kjempebra!

3 netters opphold med venninner. Rommene var litt mindre i virkeligheten, men nok plass for et kort opphold. Deilige senger, bra belysning, speil. Vi hadde en liten balkong med sitteplass. wifi var litt ustabilt. Hotellet var i gåavstand fra central stasjonen og alt annet i sentrum, noe som var veldig praktisk. Gåavstand til de mest populære gatene. Vi koset oss masse.

Mye støy
Hotellet er helt ok, men jeg ble veldig skuffet over at de ikke hadde treningsrom på tross av at dette var oppgitt i omtalen og oversikten over fasiliteter i profilen deres på hotels.com. Det var blitt avviklet for en tid tilbake, men ingen hadde oppdatert siden. Beliggenheten er god, men det var tildels svært mye støy på rommet mitt, både fra gaten og fra gangen og tilstøtende rom. Det virket rettog slett veldig dårlig isolert, for det var snakk om vanlig prating som bar ekstremt godt gjennom veggene. Alt i alt vil jeg ikke anbefale hotellet, men det er helt greit for en enkel overnatting hvis man får en god pris og tar med ørepropper.

Alt i alt et fint hotell som vi var godt fornøyd med! Hotellet ligger sentralt i Brussel, med gangavstand til hovedshoppinggata og Grand Place. Det virket som et rolig og trygt nabolag uten mye bråk om nettene. Sengene var gode og frokosten veldig bra! De ansatte hyggelige. Gratis WiFi på rommene var også et stort pluss for vår del. Reiser gjerne tilbake til dette hotellet!

Nice hotel with a great location
Close to the Grand Place, nice hotel with good service and average breakfast. The room is a bit small, but the standard is good. I will recommend this hotel if you want a good location not too expensive.

Bra hotell, hyggelig betjening. Trekker litt ned på grunn av toalett rengjøring, ødelagt dusj, og irriterende Internett løsning. Toalettet lakk, og det ble da litt lukt i rommet, dusjholder var knekt, slik at en måtte holde dusjholdet. Internettløsningen var på 24 timers lapper som var gratis, men en måtte til stadighet taste koden. Dårlig løsning. Hotellet var lite, men intimt. Bra frokost, hyggelig betjening.

This hotel was very dirty, and I have pictures to prove it. There was even a dead cockroach in the bathroom, clearly this room was not previously cleaned. Also, our duvet cover had some brown stuff on it, I don't even want to know what that stain was, so we had to request for a clean one. There was no vent in the bathroom, and the air conditioner doesn't work. Just overall, this hotel is dirty, and gross but the pictures on line doesn't show any of that, of course.

Very close to the main train station and an easy train ride straight from the airport, so the location is ideal for travel connections. Nice place, room is small but very clean and well equipped.

Great location - 5 min walk to Brussels Central Station. Close to Galeries Hubert and grand place. Wolf Street food market also close by. Junior suite size was very good for 3 people. Massive bed and the extra bed also good. English tv channels BBC1&2 plus ITV1 and news. Tv is old so no Netflix function or casting abilities. Room was well insulated and could not get the air con to work which meant it was hot at night. Slept with window open and street therefore noisy. Mini refrigerator, tea, coffee in room with iron and ironing board and safe. Toilet separate to bathroom. Bathroom had no heat in it. Also no extraction so mirror steamed up very quickly. No taps in bath so had to run the shower for the bath. Shower screen has gaps so water goes all over the floor making a massive slip hazard. Shower pressure was good. Toiletries were poor quality. Hairdrier was good. Towel size average. Slippers and robes were supposed to be on the bathroom but were not provided. Had to ask. Slippers were then provided but no robes available at any point despite advertised on website. Did not get breakfast in the hotel as felt it did not represent value for for money and no discount t on breakfast for a child. We went to Arkadi cafe, Le Pain Quotidien and Lloyd Cafe all close by. There is also a carrefour market near the grand place to stock up on snacks, drinks and fruits. Cleanliness of the room was generally good but furniture stained and hotel is getting tired.

The location was ideal for going to Easter mass at the Cathedral. The shopping and dining options were amazing. The rooms were clean, and showers were powerful. The breakfast buffet was quite nice with many options to eat. We had a power outage during our stay, and we were not able to take showers, or baths. We climbed the staircase to and from our 5th floor rooms, this was an inconvenience and hope this doesn't happen in the future.
