Helt greit hotell.
God beliggenhet selv om det var utenfor sentrum. Tok 5 min å gå til bussen som kjørte hele veien ned til sentralstasjonen i Brussel (25 min). Servicen på dagtid var middels, noe kronglete å sjekke inn. De skulle ha 100 Euro i depositum og jeg fikk ikke fullt beløp tilbake etter utsjekk. Hotellet hadde noe som het "City Tax", som gikk ut på at man skulle betale 4 euro pr natt i avgifter (i følge Hotels.com så kunne ekstra avgifter påløpes), det mener jeg burde ha vært inkludert i totalprisen. Det mest positive var resepsjonisten som jobbet nattestid; fikk meget god service og var utrolig hyggelig. Hadde det ikke vært for han så hadde jeg nok vært misfornøyd med hele oppholdet. 6/10 poeng.

Bus 66 opposite the hotel will take you directly to town centre and bus 12 back to airport. Also offers Monday thru friday a shutle to pick you up at the airport. Very good breakfast.

Great stay! Cozy bed and good sized bathroom. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The bar staff was nice and chatted with us for a while. Very close to the airport and a wonderful pizzeria across the street. Also very easy to get to the city center with the nearby bus stop. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is close to both Brussels city and the airport. However, the electric kettle was disgusting and there aren't many nice restaurants nearby.

The room pictured on Expedia is not what you get. The actual room is very dated, old decor, old bed, old paintings and the bathroom is much smaller and dated as well. This was not a 4 star experience more like a 3 star, be prepared to be woken up all morning by house cleaning staff around the room making all kinds of. Crazy noises. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Ett slitet, lyhört hotell som andas tidigt 80-tal, med ett "Fitnessrum" som inte är värt namnet. Fitnessrummet var ca 10 m2, där man satt in ett löpband och en crosstrainer. INGA vikter, pilatesboll eller ens en matta att stretcha på. Personen som checkade in mig på kvällen var den stora behållningen. Han var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Tyvärr var morgonpersonalen både dryga och inte speciellt hjälpsamma. Ovärt kostnaden för ett rum. Dock plus att hotellet låg rakt över gatan till superfin Grekisk restaurang.

Recommend pleasant hotel
Was staying over only to get flight at BRU the next day. I chose this hotel for its good price and airport shuttle. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, staff very professional and pleasant. Only disappointment was that I was informed that the day I was to go to the airport was a bank holiday, so the shuttle would not run. Would have chosen a hotel closer to the airport had I known in advance. Still would recommend the hotel.

Comfortable, excellent service, incredibly clean
The interior decor of the communal areas of the hotel is a little dated (in the corridors for example), but the rooms are modern, bright and well appointed. My room was extremely clean and the water pressure in the shower was just great, the shower was also HUGE! The staff were exceptionally helpful and the room service was delicious.

I used to line in the area and I always thought what it was like inside the hotel. The hotel is in a square with lots of dining choices and even a pastry shop. The shower was good but the bottom of the shower when there is soap is REALLY slippery, we had to place a towel on the bottom of the shower. If not for this I would have given the hotel 5 stars.
