I don’t want to anyone to get stuck like we did. Transportation is limited the , the staff act like idiots. The room attendants they are working the butt off . I Will never come make a reservation for this property or any other .

We arriveerden met de auto en er was geen parkeerplaats om even kort te staan om koffers uit te laden en in te checken om daarna de auto te stallen. Enige opmerking, verder prima verblijf.

It was a very comfortable stay, nice and quiet and easily accessible with a metro station a short walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas cookie workshop, and am waiting for someone to email me the recipe. Only thing we werent too fond of was the room temperature, it was constantly hot in the room and the thermostat wasnt having any affect.

Whilst not central, the hotel is just 5 min walk from the Delta metro station, with a lovely cafe and a small but well stocked Carrefour Express supermarket just across the road. The staff were very friendly and the room spotlessly clean - I would possibly stay at this place again next time I am in Brussels!

The room was a good size with a wide double bed, kitchenette, table and two chairs, flatscreen television, and more! It had everything we needed at a very reasonable price.

Room was well equipped for self catering and comfortable. Great tv with casting from phone to watch netflix etc. Bed was comfy but pillows could be better.aircon was a welcome feature as it was a hot week. Local shops and cafe and items for sale in hotel are very handy though quite pricey. Laundry facilities are great but remember to select the machine number before paying otherwise you could end up overpaying for the tumble drier. Bus, train and metro access are within easy walking distance and a great way to get around

Nice clean room and helpful staff. Even though it looks quite a way out of the centre of Brussels, it was easy to take the metro into the city.

Séjour en couple en studio 2p Élégant, très déçus car nous n'avons pas eu un lit double mais 2 lits 1 place indépendants mis côte a côte avec 2 couettes séparées. Les couettes étaient mises a l'envers dans les lits (ouverture au niveau de la tête). En dehors de cela l'hôtel est propre, propose des services pratiques, les installations sont en bon état.

Checking in and out was quick. Love the closeness to transport which makes it easy to go around. The property is clean and you get all cooking stuffs except for blender and breakfast was good. The only downside is the housekeeping as you only get one housekeeping a week. So if you stay there for 5 days, your room dont get cleaned at all as you only qualify if staying for 7 days or more. Staff are helpful and explain everything you need to know.
