This was our first trip to Montalcino, and our stay was comfortable from beginning to end. Whenever we had any questions or issues, Marcella was always there to help and resolve everything smoothly.
The town center is about a 10-minute distance away, making it easy to buy groceries at a local alimentari or purchase wine at an enoteca and enjoy a relaxing drink in the room.

«Not sure why this place has such a high rating. Don't get me wrong, the property is very nice amd historic and the gardens are well kept. However the main functions that the hotel should provide are more of a 6/10 for me.
The bed was incredibly hard and V-shaped in the middle. Maybe the bed is 500 years old too?
