«The Blue Farm House was clean and comfortable for our family. The home had extra special things for all - games and crafts for the children, extra spices, coffee and condiments and pillows and blankets to snuggle up with. Lots of room to meet with family and escape the cold.We were attending a family funeral - the house offered a restful retreat. Due to cold, we couldn’t enjoy the yard. The children were entertained by the “reindeer “ on the walls.»

«The Guest House was nice, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, was perfect for our group. Chris the host was very friendly, had great communication and was very accommodating. We were very happy with our stay there. The breakfast at the cafe next store was really good.»

«The cabin was fun to stay in. I'm not a LOTR person but I still appreciated it all. Only down side I would say is I'm a longer shower person and the hot water is more for quick showers »

«We really enjoyed our stay while visiting my dad in Little Falls. The location was great — close to downtown with lots of wonderful restaurants and cute shops nearby. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus and perfect for our dog. It was a relaxing and easy place to stay, and we would definitely come back. Shannon was great host!»

«We absolutely loved our stay! Mark was quick to reply to messages and very communicative. The house was stocked with everything we could imagine needing- from games and activities to kitchen supplies, coffee, ziplock bags, laundry soap, you name it, this house had it stocked! The home itself was immaculate and the kids loved the hot tub, paddle boat, and kayaks.
