«This property is very nice considering its reasonable price. It’s not right in the middle of the downtown museums/attractions but we were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see with less than a 15-20 minute walk. There are some fun restaurants/bars within a 5 minute walk. We had great and timely communication with the property owner and we had no issues during the stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience downtown Philadelphia. Thanks!»

«We had a great stay in this apartment. There was easy, free street parking outside. The apartment was easy to get into and the host was quick to reply with any questions. We did have trouble with the code and she called me immediately to get it figured out and we got in right away. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated, and clean. «Nice property with an awesome rooftop area. We were a group of 5 and it was not suitable for us. My son did sleep on the couch but there were no extra blanket or pillows for him. Would not sleep a sixth person as listing indicates. Disappointingly not enough essentials for our 3 day stay - such as toilet paper. Getting in the property is tricky - multiple door knobs on two separate entrances - but felt secure once inside. Was great to walk to Temple University and overall safe location.»

«This was a lovely, comfortable, and very clean stay. Communication with the host was easy and very prompt. Tristin was very attentive and helpful. The room is beautiful and clean. The longest i spent looking for street parking was maybe 10 minutes. Not too bad. The location was great and quiet. I have no complaints, only a couple of heads up. «Overall our stay was very nice. Property was clean and pretty much updated. Only a few small details need to be addressed. Plenty of towels but only one hand towel in the bathroom and no wash cloths. No hand towels in the kitchen as well as no trash bags for the trash container. Nice washer and dryer but what appeared to be a container for laundry pods was empty. All in all, it was a nice stay. Just some little things that maybe need to be addressed by the cleaning crew.»

The alley can be entertaining to say the least at times but otherwise the property, location, and amenities were excellent. «The only security between my family and anyone on the street (in a rather rough-looking neighborhood) was an unlocked door to the building and a hollow-core apartment door with a simplistic key code. «Location was good but property could use an update. There is definitely a need for better communication as well. When we arrived we did not have the property number to give to security. There is no guide or info in the apartment for WiFi, guidelines for the apartment, etc. - unlike others I have stayed in. We needed to reach out a few times to get info. Location was within 10 min of where we needed to be and Reading Terminal Market was close by. »

«The apartment was just as it was described, and very clean. Also the front desk folks were very helpful getting me situated. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school. «The apartment itself is great. I have stayed with Sonder for multiple times and they are always well-known for cleanness and tidiness. But this place is really really really loud at night because it's in the center city and surrounded by bars/restaurants. It's always loud till 1-2 am midnight during weekdays. Luckily, weekends are quiet. So stay away if you have to stay there during weekdays for a long time. »
