«This property was fantastic. The host was super clear and communicative. The place was clean and well taken care of, it felt like a hotel! There was only street parking available, but the host provided a map with which streets had 24 hour parking. There was a transit station only a short walk away with about a 15-20 minute ride to City Hall. I would highly recommend staying here!»

«Property was clean and had all the amenities and supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking wasn't great, but the hosts specifically commented on this so we were aware. Street parking is scarce on the weekends and the garages are almost always full. There is a lot about 7 min walk (Target Parking) that is 20 a day....or use ride shares. »

«We were in town for the Mummers parade. Upon arrival there was some flooding in the basement. Reaching out to the host to resolve the issue went smoothly. They sent maintenance immediately. Turned out that the city water pipeline was leaking. Maintenance would install a pump to remove water and shop vac the basement. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds.
