«Fairly priced fo r Gainesville especially in light of other going's on at the time. we were in town for a family event. The location is good, close to campus and close to a Publix etc. Quiet condo complex. Appropriately priced for the unit itself and as compared to a hotel stay.»

«We had a fabulous stay. The condo was perfect for what we needed, lovely balcony to drink my coffee on in the morning and cards at night, comfortable bed. The area is perfect for running, walking and biking. Short drive to shopping and restaurants but yet tucked away in a nice quiet village.»
