Hoteller i Brome og Oakley

«The bathroom was in a poor start of repair. The side bath panel was water damaged and obviously been treated and then left Showing further damage and falling apart. The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it. The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. The markings for hot and cold faded and difficult to establish which way to turn. The bath had various stains around the plug hole and bath and certainly ...

«A reasonable hotel with a good restaurant. Very good food available in the dining room, staff helpful and pleasant. A lack of heating and hot water marred our stay (in November) but otherwise good»

«My favourite East Anglian hotel - recently refurbished, just as friendly and welcoming. As usual there were all sorts here, it's a proper 'local' - good food, good beer, good cheer! Lots of interesting opinions - all topical issues covered and easily overheard. The bar has two tellies now, and I enjoyed watching the end of an ODI (Sri Lanka won), and then some Happy Valley with mein hosts. I thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here (as long as you can do stairs), it's reasonably priced, the ...

«This was the perfect place to stay for a special event at nearby Wymondham College. I was warmly (well, it was during the heatwave!) and cheerfully greeted by Tracey. My room was clean, well-prepared and provided me with all the facilities I required. It was extremely competitively priced. My thanks to the staff concerned for their part in a really memorable weekend.»

«Lovely place to stay and hot breakfast was delicious»

«Wonderful location and a perfect stay. The cottage is really cosy and very quiet. »

«Supert hotell med eksepsjonelt god service og hyggelige ansatte. Hotellet ligger svært landlig og fredelig til, men ligger kun få minutters kjøring fra bykjernen. Vi fikk ikke testet spa og bassengfasiliteter, men de har et omfattende tilbud i forhold til dette. Frokosten var av real engelsk kaliber, men de hadde også godt utvalg av forskjellige kornblandinger. Anbefales!»

«Great ans sharming place situated close to the river. Very good cask ale!»

«A beautiful thatched pub in the Suffolk countryside with original features and delicious breakfast»

«Fantastisk sted.

«Lovely traditional pub, excellent food and accomodation»

«There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate.»

«My new favourite place to stay when we come to Norfolk. A lovely hotel, amazing staff and really friendly locals. It was so lovely to see how busy the pub was with both food and drinks. The food was incredible, breakfasts were amazing. We popped downstairs later one evening and just had a dessert and they were more than happy to just serve that. All the staff were great, so friendly and went over and above when I mentioned something I needed for the room. The room was great, loved the ...

«Great location, comfortable room and really nice breakfast»

«It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not ...
