The key feature of our home is the outdoors. Enjoy outdoor dining and relaxation on the spacious patio or gather around the cozy firepit under the stars of Broken Bow; Fire up the BBQ grill for a memorable gastronomic experience or relax and rejuvenate in the bubbling hot tub, surrounded by nature.

• SECURITY & SAFETY •
External security cameras ensure guest safety, with no cameras inside for privacy. Smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and noise monitoring devices enhance security.

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The home comes with improved and high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, hairdryers. iron and iron board and smart TV with streaming apps.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though!

2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. Bagbnb offers convenient luggage storage locations throughout, including spots near popular attractions and transportation hubs. You can easily find the nearest available storage spot by visiting their website or using their app.

3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost

4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.

5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME

- BBQ Grill: Guests are also requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

- Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.

- Pre Check-in Form: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.

- Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to sign the Rental Agreement.

- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.

• Credit Card Fee: Please note that bookings made through platforms other than Airbnb and Hopper will incur an additional credit card fee, which will apply to your payments.

• Change of Reservation Date: Kindly ensure the accuracy of your reservation dates. Any changes to the dates must be requested at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the automatic declination of the request.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have the exclusive use of the entire cabin, ensuring privacy and comfort.

We also offer concierge service, linen service, dry cleaning, Uber & Doordash services for a fee. Please feel free to ask if any of the services are needed.

For those arriving by car, there is ample parking available on-site, allowing you to easily come and go as you please. If you prefer to leave the car behind, you'll find that many attractions and amenities are within walking distance or a short drive away.

Additionally, there are several transportation options available in the area, including taxi services and rideshare apps, making it easy to get around town without the need for a car. Whether you're heading out for a day of adventure or simply running errands, getting around our neighborhood is convenient and hassle-free.
