«I picked this hotel because it was on our way back from the grand canyon and we wanted to stay a night to get some rest, relax, and enjoy the view. Mind you I booked a room with a view and the big bath tub. When we arrived we were told we were placed on the first floor behind the stairs with no view which the front desk employee asked if I wanted to be moved but would no longer have the tub but honestly at the moment i was tired and didn't even care so i took the room with no view. «The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. When we checked in, staff had a map of the area for us and pointed out places, restaurants, and sites that were noteworthy, and also upgraded our room for us, which was wonderful! That afforded us an incredible view of the red rocks in the area and was so awesome to look out our window and see. The room and hotel were all very clean, staff were very helpful, and the price was very reasonable for being a short drive ...

«This is an older hotel. It was clean and fine for one night. It is in a great location for walking around Sedona. The traffic with all the roundabouts is awful!!! This hotel is in walking distance to food and shopping. It isn't fancy, and the picture is deceiving. We weren't disappointed, but we had to walk to get good views of the landscape around us.»
