«Great place and affordable living!»

«The managers were great. Communication and check in were very good. The upstairs bedroom/ attic was a very good space for remote work.We had some issues with cleanliness, but the host was very responsive and met our needs. Be aware that the refrigerator is an antique and may not keep ice cream frozen.»

«We had wonderful stay. Just was very responsive! Easy check in/out process. We would love to stay again!»

«Property was very clean! The outside could have used a little TLC- back table and chairs were not in good condition, but inside was clean. Paper towels and coffee filters would have been nice. Otherwise the house had everything else and was well kept. Very close to cute shops and restaurants in the rose district.»

«Great experiance! Angela was friendly, responsive, helpful and efficient. Rose & Arrow was an amazing place, exactly as advertized and even better, brand new, beautiful, spaceous, close to so many venues, restaurants and services. It has everything we needed for a home base and also just to hang out and chill. Excellent experience throughout!»

«The host is super sweet, and she made sure everything was perfectly clean before we arrived. This is my second time staying here because it is so cute! The host is really easy to get ahold of and the house has so much room to move around so it doesn’t feel cramped!»

«Great place to stay! The house was exactly as described and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We were in town for a wedding, and it worked out perfectly for our family. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The price was excellent for the space and amenities offered. Overall, a great value and a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!»

«Just what we needed and a great stay! Thank you!»

«My family of 9 stayed at this house and it was perfect! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was a really good size - not too big or small. My grandsons could be found either in the Arcade room or out on the Pickleball court! The backyard is huge and great for kids that need to run and play. The kitchen was big and accessible, so you could sit at the kitchen table and visit with whoever's turn it was to cook that night. The bedrooms were good-sized and don't get me ...
