«We inly stayed over night but I will be staying again the next time Im in Ft. Worth. The property was very modern and clean. The room was also very nice and clean. »

«The staff especially Marcus was very friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived and continued to check on us during our stay. We ate at the Duchess twice and it was very good. The location is great and is within walking distance to coffee shops and restaraunts. »

«No free wifi. No soap i the room. Hitech but that is less important when basic needs is not met. Very Expenisive for no particular reason. The food have prices like a luxury restaurant but serves overcooked and dry chicken. Not made by a chef with education for sure. »

«Bar was somewhat busy mirros and back of the bar was dirty lots streaks lot empty bottles and not alot of products on a Saturday during busy time, bar staff was very nice and pleasant. Room was nice heat and air controls off your either gonna freeze or Burn. The maid did wake me up 3 hours before check out. »

«Overall a good experience but both stays I asked for something from the front desk and didn’t receive help. Phoned 3 times for the heat to be turned up and asked a few times for something else. Finally Erica at the front desk helped but it was very annoying to have to phone multiple times. »

«At the time of my stay, only one elevator was in service. There were two large events happening downtown, so the elevator traffic was atrocious. Additionally, the website for this hotel states that their valet parking costs $37, which is their only option. Unless you want to find your own street parking, or use another lot which either costs more or is several blocks away. «The room was clean. I was a little disappointed that my room wasn’t cleaned the next day. I got back to my room around 4:00 PM the bed wasn’t made. Still had my towels from the morning my trash was still in the room. I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk. What time do you all clean the rooms. She said was there a sign on your door in the morning. I said no I didn’t put my sign up to come later. I told the front desk that to get me new towels. She did get someone to bring me clean towels. ...
