A short stroll takes you to the centre of Broadstairs, famously favoured by Charles Dickens and offering no less than seven nearby beaches as well as an attractive harbour and cliff-top promenade. With its many independent shops, restaurants, and pubs there is something for everyone. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy trying out the range of water activities on offer at Viking Bay Beach or stretch your legs along the scenic coastal Viking Trail to Margate and Ramsgate.

Step into the cottage and into the warm and cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax after a busy day on the beach on one of the two comfy sofas and catch up on your favourite TV programmes on Smart TV with DVD. Enjoy relaxed family meals at the dining table with seating for all, as the kitchen area offers everything you may need for creating delicious family meals including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Completing the ground floor is a separate WC. Heading upstairs, the cottage offers three bedrooms: a double with Smart TV, a twin and a single. On this floor, you will also find the family bathroom complete with a shower over bath and WC.

Outside you will find that there is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture.
