«This is a really nice reasonably priced getaway with lots of activities that are extra. The Spa, Segways, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Boat Tours were all great. The staff are really good and attentive. The manageress of the place however is not a nice lady screaming at staff and guests alike. Dream Resorts should take action against her as they have a great product. »

«The only good thing about this hotel was that it is in a very beautiful location. It's on a hill, overlooking some amazing countryside. Unfortunately, it is terribly run. We didn't have hot water in our room for the duration of the stay - despite their best efforts. The kitchen was an utter shambles - it took them close to 3 hours to serve our lunch order, and more than two hours to get us our dinner order. There were serious maintenance issues in the room - the balcony door didn't work, many ...

«Everything was just perfect! First we've been welcomed by Lincoln and he was so nice, gentle and polite. He made we feel like we were home. Special thanks to him. The room was super clean and comfy, the bed and pillows so comfortable and the shower is really good. Our room had a great view to the mountains and lake. The breakfast was also really good and worthy for the price. We really enjoyed staying at Kassaboera and we hope to come back when returning to the region. Cheers from Brazil.»

«Didnt like the attitude from the ladies at the restaurant not all of them anyways.they communicated very poorly with us.And the other thing is that although there is a map it is impossible for the first timer to follow the directions correctly as the route is explained at the reception but very fast.we got lost several times before we got to our destinations. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay at Dikhololo beside those 2 small challenges hope they will be attended to soon »
