«The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. «The view was amazing and the location was close to town and bike trails. Full sized refrigerator was perfect and bbq grill was very handy. Loved the shower! No place to store clothes so plan to live out of suitcase. Room is on second floor and accessible only by stairs. Door locks are very finicky and often required multiple attempts to open and lock. Great view from balcony.»
