«The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. «Studio = Murphy bed, a double I believe. Had to pull it down myself. Terrible mattress. 😣 Unit 203a. Needs renovations and updates. Overpriced for value.
Ideal for a short commute to the Kelowna airport, and the location of the property was great. Hiking and golf nearby. Parking was underground, but squishy if you have a larger vehicle.»
