«The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. «The apartment worked great for us on short notice of booking. Location was great. Balcony was spacious with lots of sun and mountain views. Futon couch was uncomfortable as well the bed was not the most comfortable. I would definitely recommend again for someone who plans to spend most of their Time touring and not very much time inside the suite as their is no kitchenette area.»

«We’ve been to Whistler Blackcomb many times and over the year stayed in many properties. For this last trip we were pleased with The Sundial’s location, format and service. The junior suite with private hot tub is a hit, the location just a few steps from the Whistler Gondola and the convenience to store and tune your equipment overnight are to us just the ingredients required for a good skiing trip.»

«Very spacious and well appointed clean rooms. Excellent location. Great gym, pool and hot tubs (plural) and also has steam room and great bbq facilities right next to pool area. Beds were the most comfortable out of all the hotels we stayed in across our trip around USA and Canada. Family of 5 travelling from Australia. Stayed in a “room with den” kids sleeping on good sized sofa beds and had their own bathroom/toilet. Our bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Self contained kitchen was great ...
