«This delightful suite was so well appointed quiet & super comfortable. I would highly recommend this suite. The only regret was not having enough time to be able to have coffee out on the deck. Keremeos is such a lovely town. The suite is within walking distance of markets shops & restaurants as well as parks to walk your furry friends. We would definitively stay there again. «I stayed here for I think four nights and I was very comfortable and very happy to be in the neighbourhood that I was in. "The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. In addition, the walls were very thin, so you could hear when your neighbor was using the bathroom. I was there for one night with my family and had actually booked several nights alone the following week, but I quickly cancelled that."
