«Duncan Lake Escape could not be a more fitting description for this idyllic, beautifully built cabin. Our host, Paul was gracious and provided great information for everything we needed to know. «Very spacious, new finishes and extremely clean and tidy. Well located, as we drove to Naramata quickly and were also able to walk to the beach with ease. Well supplied with dishes, cooking utensils and small appliances: coffee machine, blender, toaster, electric kettle. Large sized shower and bathroom. AC worked well in all the rooms. Charming sundeck. Easy check in and easy to park our vehicle. Host responded quickly to messages. Would book this again!»

"The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. In addition, the walls were very thin, so you could hear when your neighbor was using the bathroom. I was there for one night with my family and had actually booked several nights alone the following week, but I quickly cancelled that."
