"The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. In addition, the walls were very thin, so you could hear when your neighbor was using the bathroom. I was there for one night with my family and had actually booked several nights alone the following week, but I quickly cancelled that."

"Fantastisk god service!! Fikk et fint rom i 2. etasjen med utgang til stor felles uteområde med flere stoler. Sentral beliggenhet, parkering i kjelleretasjen. Bedre frokost enn andre hotell i Canada, blant annet frisk frukt. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit!"
