«I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. »

«Check in easy, great communications - very quick & answered any questions. Great location for what we needed, layout of house was perfect for us, Roku let us stream all the shows we wanted to watch. Ate out so didn’t use kitchen a lot, beds were comfortable. When we come back to visit our daughter will use again. »

«What stood out most was how beautifully maintained the space was and how genuinely warm and welcoming it felt from the moment we arrived. «Our stay came after an 18" snowfall and near 0F cold in historic Collinsville, so we were concerned about our late arrival, parking, safe walkways and a warm home. What we found were shovelled and treated walkways, a freshly plowed parking space, lights and heat on and a lovely home on the banks of the frozen Farmington River.
