«Clean beautiful hotel! In a great location near many shops and food restaurants. Hotel gave us drink vouchers. They also had live music on outside patio on the weekend! Hotel is approx 30 minutes to the ferry to North Stradbroke island, 20 minutes to Morton island excursion. Would recommend and stay again. »

«My mother and I really enjoyed our stay at Hawthorne. The property was very clean with lovely decor and a fantastic sized television. Having the park behind the property was great for our early morning walk and a short stroll to the local shops was also very handy. The only downfall was the side entrance to the property which had uneven paving. That became a little daunting for my elderly mother. Having said that we would definitely stay there again. »
