Nydelig hotell med god utsikt! God frokost fra en prisbelønnet restaurant. Det var ikke buffet, men en meny man kunne velge fra, slik at man fikk nystekte retter.

Flott hotell i Brisbane
Hotellet ligger på Kangaroo Point en kjapp båttur fra sentrum. Vi bodde i mini-suite med soverom, oppholdsrom og delvis utstyrt kjøkken, pluss balkong. Hotellet har god service, og har basseng og trimrom på bakkeplan. Anbefales.

Oppholdet var bra. Rommet var litt gammelt, men hadde fantastisk utsikt. Problemet var at aircondition bråkte. Jeg prøvde å si ifra om at den bråkte. Hun i resepsjonen skulle sende noen til å se på det. De kom aldri. Ellers var servicen bra. De hjalp til med alt man lurte på

This is a mid range property, interms of price and ambiance, nothing wrong with it just do not expect a wow factor in any area, in other words you get what you pay for, rooms are of a reasonable size with I say nothing decor, there is a onsite ground floor restaurant plus a roof top bar that serves Tapas type food, this would be nice on Summer evenings, there is also onsite parking that is easily accessable, good for older couples or families with kids

All good but we did find the breakfast a bit boring. It is the same menu for the last 6 months at least. no cereal, or any different breads on offer. All the staff were nice. The hotel offers a good location, with good walks along the river very close.

The hotel is very nice and relatively new! The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor. Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor.

Besides absolutely no area to park for having more than 10 floors of rooms, and risking having our rental vehicle damaged, I reported to them upon check out that my husband and I both found bug bites all over. Because we had limited funds and are from the US in our 5 year wedding anniversary, by the time we noticed them (the second day out of five) we didn’t have more than a few nights left and no money to afford to switch hotels. I have pictures of all of them, upon checking out when I mentioned it I was mocked by the manager and then when I asked Expedia for at least a partial refund so I could pay for the medical expenses I accrued when I got home because the bites did not go away right away, Expedia claimed they reached out via phone and the manager said he’d do a refund and they needed to submit the request via email, I got an email the next day from Expedia stating that he decided to deny it. I spent 450$ at home getting treatment and was still unable to get any kind of refund.

Nitesh and his staff were exceptional. Went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Loved that I could walk story bridge easily from this location and access the restaurants and riverfront nearby. Will be back!

Awesome location, walkable from Hotel to CBD which has been picturesque. Also city hopper ferries , incredible. Easy access to a lot of places . I basically walked from the City Botanical Garden to Kangaroo Cliffs Point and to the hotel . It’s a long journey but I enjoyed a peaceful sunset walk .

This was our second holiday at The Point, the rooms are well appointed, amazing views of the city in our 9th floor balcony room, especially at night. Very comfortable king sized beds, Easy stroll to Dockside for city hopper water taxi. We definitely have no worries recommended this hotel.

Not impressed with The Point. Terrible smell from the room when I first walked in. They fixed that with bleach. I'm not a fan of getting info, menus etc, by taking a photo of a barcode off the tv. Why not have a hard copy I could read at my leisure.? They took $50 off my credit card on arrival, in case I stole anything. 4 working days later, it hasn't been refunded! Good money-maker for them. Next time I book a motel, I'll look for user-friendly, with no rip-offs.
