A separate study with multiple workspaces and its own split-system air conditioning provides a calm setting for remote work or focused time.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, and Nespresso machine, with generous bench space for easy home cooking. The dining area seats six, creating a welcoming setting for shared meals and conversation.
