Hi Jiwan. You paid your deposit and the balance of $200 is still overdue. I have requested 5 times that you pay this outstanding debt. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the cleanliness. You did however send a friend to check the property beforehand without any notice who approved the property for you. This person also stayed at the property without y declaring an extra guest. Could you please pay the $200 that is now 6 weeks overdue for your stay. Thank you Belinda

Hi Lisa and Billy, I understand that things went wrong during your stay. Unfortunately I don't have control over the fact that the neighbors 2 doors away decided to excavate their property for 2 days of your stay. The septic issue was caused by previous guests putting a disposal nappy into the toilet. This was repaired within 18 hours which was longer than l would have liked. I also understand that the rain would have dampened your experience. The cleaning bill after you left was larger than usual and the cleaners complained of very unsanitary items left. I am sorry this property didn't work for you
