  • 4 soverom 2 bad 3 toalett, arkitekttegnet strandhus høyt på havsiden av Tramican Street. Åpen stue, kjøkken og spisestue er velutstyrt med peis, som åpner ut mot et stort delvis dekket dekk. Dekket med uteservering og grill har nydelig utsikt over bush og hav.

    Det er to soverom i underetasjen (1 dronning og 3 singler) med et familiebad og en tredje lek / rekreasjonsrom for barn. Ovenpå er det ytterligere to soverom (1 dronning som vender ut mot et stort dekk) og 2 singler med familiebad mellom.

    Funksjoner: 4 soverom, 2 bad, 1 oppholdsrom med PS3, iPod-dokk, 3 toaletter, 2 HDTV-er, 2 DVD-spillere, Surround Sound, 2 kjøleskap, Oppvaskmaskin, Mikrobølgeovn, frontbelastet vaskemaskin, tørketrommel, skjermede soverom, Takvifter , Radiant Gas Heater, Gas Peis, Weber Gas BBQ og hengekøye på dekk, to undercover carparks, delvis inngjerdet, baby gate ovenpå.

Great place to stay with a group of friends

Reviewer Comments: The House was a fantastic place to stay as it had excellent facilities, great views from the veranda and the layout of the 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets was ideal for our group of 7. There was no shortage of plates, glasses etc and the barbeque worked well. Also great location with nice breezes

Extra Special Property

We stayed for 6 days and absolutely loved our time here. The house has stunning views and doors that open right up to catch the breezes. The very large deck allowed us spend lots of meals just enjoying the view. The kitchen is very well kitted out with everything you need for cooking and dining. The coffee machine is a breville so bring your beans already ground. It makes good coffee. Also liked the separation of the bedrooms with two up and two down so it felt really spacious. Would highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house, incorporating a wonderful deck, is a great design for larger families or several couples and we really enjoy staying there. Have stayed multiple times in the last couple of years and have recommended to a number of friends. However we have noticed that increasingly the house could do with a good spring clean, we often do kitchen benches and floors when we arrive. Whilst doesn't detract from stay the yard also needs some attention.

I love opening up the big doors and feeling close to nature. Best sleep listening to the ocean. The real estate was very friendly and helpful.I felt the property could do with a bit of maintenance and tlc, and would be great if the pantry was stocked with a few essentials. But otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will come again !

The layout and vibe of this house creates a very relaxing environment. There are loads of facilities for good baking and the BBQ handy. The private spaces are plentiful and the sound system and free Netflix and WiFi are a big WIN. We will be back.

House is in an amazing location with sensational views through beautiful trees. Screens to doors would really be helpful as making the most of the beautiful breeze allowed a flood of mozzies/bugs etc. The house was NOT clean when we arrived. We had to sweep and vacuum all floors. Wash dishes/cutlery and wipe out all cupboards prior to using anything.

It's quite something to have kangaroos and koalas visit you while you're having a coffee on a deck that overlooks Cylinder beach and all those beautiful ferns and forest. We'll be back, no doubt about that!
