Denne ryddige hytta med ett soverom, ett bad, ligger i populære Bigoon Road, noe som gjør det perfekt å gå til alle fasiliteter. I underetasjen åpen planløsning, spisestue, kjøkken er aircondition som er de to soverommene ovenpå. Soverom ett har en dronning seng, og det andre rommet har 2 sett med køyer. Dette rommet har også TV og DVD-spiller, noe som gjør det til det perfekte tilfluktsstedet for barn. En bonus for når du kommer tilbake fra stranden er en varm og kald utedusj.

Fasiliteter: Oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap, fryser, mikrobølgeovn, 2 TV-er, vaskemaskin med topp belastning, tørketrommel, (dusj over) badekar, gassgrill, skjermede dører og vinduer.

Sengetøy Leveres for bestillinger gjort etter 1/12/18, NB. Sengene er ikke laget, og det kan være at sengetøy må returneres til vårt kontor når du returnerer nøkler.

Comfortable and relaxing home for the 4 of us , really enjoyed the front yard under the trees with the wildlife , will definitely be back

Perfectly located

The location of this charming cottage was excellent. It was our first visit to Straddie and the accommodation was perfect for our needs.Just a couple of minor issues; the TV only worked for 2 of our 5 day stay and there was no iron or ironing board.

Really close to the beach and the local shops, well equipped and great for families. Best features were the appliances (dishwasher, washing machine etc) and the outdoor shower. The beds were a vert soft and could do with an upgrade as could the windows which were stiff and difficult to open and close.

Aircon were excellent. There were a few issues that I hope gets attention. although there was carpark within the property, but we could not park our car as there was overgrown plants on the side of the fence. This house has everything we needed right down to a bbq and fire pit, also washing machine and dryer. My only qualm is that there is NO wifi unfortunately. My son and I stayed for a week in the rain so wifi was missed terribly. Great location

The only toilet is through the bathroom, which isn’t ideal, but this won’t worry a small family or a couple. Steep stairs up to the 2 bedrooms aren’t suitable for babies, toddlers and elderly. Lovely shady front yard. Walking distance to the convenience store and the beaches.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The street itself is in a great location. However, although this place allows 7 guests to sleep, it only has a 2 seater lounge which was beyond uncomfortable. So the rest of your guests just have to sit on the floor. The dining table is an outdoor setting so not even dining chairs for guests. The outside table couldnt be sat on as the mango tree drops itchy grubs everywhere, every morning the car covered in them. The yard was over grown, poorly designed for parking your vehicle. If you dont like stairs, or you have small children, you need to be aware the upstairs bedrooms have no bathroom so you have to be going up and down steep stairs. Shower is over bathtub, good size bathroom. Kitchen had enough space, and stocked well. Had air con in lounge room and 2 bedrooms upstairs which def was needed. The single bedroom on lower level did not have air con. Unfortunately just not the best layout of a rental home to accommodate several guests. You are not at the beach every second of the day so disappointing to fit everyone inside when not actually sleeping. Has tv that works.

Easter Trip

The property was ok. Had all required ammenities. Was really taken back by the fact there was no toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, sugar, salt & pepper or even a scourer. How cheap to not even provide fundamental basics. Not very accomodating for a short stay considering we travelled all the way from Byron.

Straddie long weekend

The house was in a good location and was clean and tidy, However the downstairs floor needs repairing and was a trip hazard for one of our party. The bins were exceedingly smelly which made being outside very unpleasant. The day bed was wet upon our arrival

Marvellous

We really loved our stay. Our two boys (6 & 8) didn’t want to leave. The Foodworks store was super close which was great as some places were shut over Xmas. Aircon in bedrooms was awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed and washer n dryer worked well, seem to be very new.

Relaxing beach house close to shops and beach

We all loved staying here over Easter, your classic relaxed beach house. The birds visited every day and we enjoyed sitting on the front lawn reading our books and enjoying the breeze.

perfect family holiday house

Our family of four (kids aged 3 and 5) loved our week at 16 bigoon road. The house is an older style beach house with modern fittings and very comfortable beds and couches. It was very spacious and everything we needed was available. the grasses front yard was perfect for the kids to play. we loved the visits from local wallabies and bird life. we have cherished true memories from this holiday.
